I've Googled and can't seem to find what exactly is covered. Does anyone on here have one? What is covered? Do you have deductibles?
Can someone explain what is covered under a Cadillac health plan?

I have a $10 co-pay for doctor’s visits and prescriptions otherwise everything else is covered 100%. This could be considered Cadillac adjacent?

Oil changes, drivetrain, exhaust, etc.....everything except tires, maintenance and other things that are intended to wear out.

OP, it's not an actual plan. It's a phrase. It means premium, employer-derived healthcare coverage that the user pays little or nothing out of pocket for. It's usually used in the context of a luxury benefit from a very high-paying or high-profile job. Corporate CEOs and Senators are said to have "Cadillac" healthcare plans that cover everything at no additional cost and with no deductibles, while regular working stiffs pay out of pocket for plans with high deductibles, co-pays, and incomplete coverage.
