I did. His name was John. He spent very little time with the other people in our high school because he had been shunned in elementary school and junior high for being hyper and obnoxious--but as he got older he got quieter, and had (for the time) a very good athletic body. He would go to bars downtown with a fake ID to pick up men. He also was infamous for hanging out in the men's bathrooms in the local mall to suck random guys off. The rumor was that he also escorted. He wasn't technically out to people at my high school, but everyone knew about him.
When we graduated, he bought a motorcycle and went down to Palm Springs to become part of a throuple (though we didn't have that term back then) with two wealthy middle-aged men who lived there. Seven years later he died back home at his parents' house, in suburban Minneapolis, of complications from AIDS.
