The 15 year old boy wanted a haircut and his parents refused because they probably wanted a 'normal' haircut for their child and he wanted something far out, or dyed or whatever.

So this 15 year old goes to the gay hairdresser says he's 18 (or whatever the legal age is) and says, 'I don't have no money [kids don't know proper grammar] but if youse cut me hair for free, you can have sex with me and I'll be a non-participant of said act.'

So the dumbass hairdresser cuts the child's hair and gives him the oral and when the kids comes home the parents are aghast at the child's new look and the kid rats out the hairdresser so the parents have him arrested.
