I am white and middle aged. I liked Jussie on Empire and had seen him in a gay themed movie he did earlier and thought he was good as well. I felt bad for him when this first happened, but when things unraveled and it started to seem like a hoax it made me angry and then when the case was dismissed/sealed from the public I really was more upset of the injustice of it. I am also upset that Jussie refuses to admit any wrongdoing, which will never happen since the case is now open again. I wish he would take a plea and make some sort of admission as I feel there is no doubt he was involved. I also think Jussie will suffer with a loss of career opportunities and that is a big punishment. Telling the truth might eventually rehabilitate his image and allow him more work in later years.
