Looks like a ton of filler.

Waxy looking skin, extra-high forehead from a facelift?, new chin implant?, god only knows what else she's been a surgery junkie for decades now.

I don't know if that photo is doctored but she really looks like shit.

She looks okay, but I never found her very attractive. Are the lips thinner?

The lips always vary depending on where she is in her lip filler cycle. When they've just been done they look bigger.

Now she looks like an ordinary middle aged frau - her exoticism is gone. She's looking healthier, though. Maybe all she did was bring her weight to normal levels?

It's like transgenders; something happened in their past and they literally can't look at themselves in the mirror so they have to change their faces beyond recognition.

I don't think she's brought herself up to a normal weight. I've seen some photos (of course shopping/lunching with the kids for her pap walks) where she looks just as druggy and underweight as ever. She wears a lot of fabric to cover it but it still shows.

She looks like a different person, who is younger than Angelina Jolie.

She's had enough botox to stun a herd of cattle, obviously, and fillers out the wazoo, and I'd think there were fat transplants if she had any. I'm not sure about cheek implants, though, usually those make the eyes appear to have moved closer together and I don't see that here, although maybe she found a surgeon who did a better job than most.

Her eyes look smaller in relation to her forehead and cheeks. Looking more like Octomom every day.

She's an honorary Dame, it doesn't carry as much cachet as a real one.

Sad. I thought she used to be beautiful. As someone said above, she looks like everyone else now. The technology of fillers is not that advanced if these millionaires can’t pay for their faces to look normal.

The problem is that she's been having her face worked on for at least 25 years. Since she was a kid.

After a while they really can't fix it anymore, remember how it went with Michael Jackson? The Cat Lady? Even our own Joan Rivers? And too many more to mention. If you start really young, you have go really light and she never did that. Now her face is trashed.

I wouldn't have known it was her except by circumstance.

She’s been plastic for a long while . She supposedly had her first nose job at 13-14 . Look at her in Girl Interrupted. Not that pretty . Since then her eyes have been lifted , jaw has been enhanced, as have chin and cheeks . They all are subtle but every single thing on her face has been tweaked. And the chin size changes frequently. She will always be beautiful but I think she has a bad case of BDD. She also had her original lower lip reduced. That said , this could be another facelift or tuck or just filler and Botox. Who knows .

Never been into her. She's always been a creepy little weirdo and terrible actress. She was striking for a moment in her younger days when she wasn't goth. Her hair looks unhealthy.

Her lower lip probably got smaller as she aged, as it does with everyone. If anything, she's gotten fillers as she's gotten older to make her lips look like they did in her 20s.

The cheek implants are the most obvious change, IMO. Her eyes do look closer together. Nose looks longer, as observed in a post above. Forehead was always super-smooth and shiny like that. Eyelids look possibly lifted. I doubt she gained weight unless I see body photos that show the weight gain on entire body. I wonder about her hair. Pretty sure she has clip-ons or sewn-in tracks to fill things out. Wig? I don't know.

She's too young to do this - the chin and cheek implants look hideous. I wonder about her mental state, she's making poor decisions.

She was naturally interesting-looking but she's never been a natural beauty. She's been having plastic surgery since 14-15 years of age and she's had tons of it.

Her latest rounds are working on already overworked skin. There is only so much the surgeon can do.

Lots of fillers in the forehead . It’s totally changed shape since she was young . They also make small subtle forehead implants that a lot of the Korean surgeons are doing now to round the forehead and keep it from looking so flat . She has tinkered too much with her face . She’s starting to look freaky. Everything on her is tweaked .

Of course it's all work because celebs are immune from face changing due to age. She looks different because she is getting older.

I think she looks better because her face is fuller. Before she looked like a skeleton.

I feel sorry for her . I can’t imagine what pain she is masking. I think she is still using as well. Still strikes me as a complete narcissist but with her parents it doesn’t sound like she had much of a choice .

She's still hot af! Botox and filler, you can use restalin to make the cheeks look bigger but it does look like she's gained weight in her face. If she had surgery she would not have lines that deep.

wow, I am absolutely stunned. I would not even have identified that woman as Angelina Jolie. She looked much better before she had whatever she had done. It's astonishing, isn't it? Someone as beautiful as she is still doesn't think she looks good.

It's hard to judge if she got any work done from that ONE picture. Maybe video footage would be better. If she did get fillers, then that's sad because just a few years ago (around 5 years ago or so) her face looked PERFECT. Her cheekbones were nicely defined. Angelina as a 20something was UGLY. Her face was too puffy, but as she got older and her bone structure became more defined, she looked amazing.

Her mistake was keeping the same ratty wig. She should've gotten a pixie cut and worn a color, then everyone would be talking about that and not her weird face.

She has a new nose and a freshly botoxed forehead.

R80 I think when surgeons try to make the nostril areas thinner/narrower, it ends up making the whole nose look longer.

The star of Boy Meets World used to have the nose of a typical Jewish boy—it wasn't super hooked or anything, but it was broad and round. He got it thinned out and although it looks decent from the front, it's awful from the side. Like a proboscis.

She looked like herself again on the DM today but China nd jaw are obviously not natural but not as big as they were . The puffed out face is gone so perhaps the filler settled or was dissolved. She must go to the surgeon or dermatologist every week or two . She’s more obsessed than Kim K , her work is just more subtle but it’s still a form of body dysmorphia I think .
