I should think only only a subset of straight blokes sexualise breastfeeding. I prefer mothers who are discreet, but I seriously do not get the sexual overtones. The only time I've been bothered by breastfeeding was once at table at my boss's home. His wife was anything but discreet, and it was only the second time meeting her. I was very uncomfortable. I found that to be most inappropriate as well as distasteful. She didn't use her blouse as a shield, and did seem too comfortable. They either sit a certain way, wear a special blouse, or are somehow or other managing to be stealth about the whole business. Most are not sexualising it.
