"I don't really wanna go on 'The View' anymore because I don't really want to be beaten down by a bunch of older women...”
Whoopi is correct on this one. If you are a "celebrity," you don't take nude photos of yourself and expect that you won't be hacked or exposed by a jilted lover. Bella is using this to keep her name in the news. Whoopi better not apologize.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | June 19, 2019 1:43 PM |
I don't agree with Whoopi but i do think Bella needs therapy. She's clearly been through some shit.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | June 19, 2019 2:00 PM |
Getting old happens to everyone who doesn’t get caught by the Grim Reaper first.
Enjoy your dwindling youth, Bella.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | June 19, 2019 2:08 PM |
Bella better get a new publicist. That CNN article made it seem like this is all a publicity stunt.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | June 19, 2019 2:11 PM |
Whoopi is right on the money, but this applies to everyone, not just celebrities. If you are going to send a naked photo, expect it to be seen by people you don't want to see it. How many times have you gotten a naked pic from Grindr or Scruff and showed all your friends?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | June 19, 2019 2:13 PM |
Whoopi is absolutely correct. I have every right to buy a Maserati and leave it on the streets of Newark, unlocked with the keys in the ignition. You have no right to steal it. But you will and I have no right to blame anybody but myself. If you want to keep your shit together, be wise.
Yes, you have every right to take a pic and send it to your boyfriend. But, if you do, don't blame anyone but yourself when it gets out there. It is not victim shaming. It is reality and these eejits need to grow up and face facts.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | June 19, 2019 2:24 PM |
Bella Thorne is disgusting to me. Unattractive and thirsty while simultaneously uneducated and trashy. She’s sociopathic like Nomi Malone.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | June 19, 2019 2:29 PM |
Why would she go on the View anyway? There are approximately 30 actresses of her age group with a better career than her, and that is just the Americans.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | June 19, 2019 3:31 PM |
I'm confused. On the one hand the kids have no 'body shame' and will send each other pics. On the other hand, they're upset when some unintended someone sees it. They'll post raunchy, half naked public 'grams and then complain when someone gets the full nudes?
What Whoopi said had to be said, but I wonder why she didn't blow this wisdom out when JLaw's ranchy pics showed up? JLaw made the same excuse, too. Is it a A-list, hands off, but D-list gets the put through the wringer?
by Anonymous | reply 9 | June 19, 2019 3:38 PM |
The same thing was said about JLaw. She was just too mature to get all huffy about it.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | June 19, 2019 3:40 PM |
R9 well maybe JLaw’s were too tawdry to discuss, considering her face was slimed with jizz...
by Anonymous | reply 11 | June 19, 2019 3:41 PM |
Good for Whoopi. I've never heard of this actress, but W's advice does apply to everyone.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | June 19, 2019 3:43 PM |
She'd be lucky if 'The View' bothered to feature her nose-ring, hairy armpits and body odor.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | June 19, 2019 3:49 PM |
r12 She was Lil Peep's last girlfriend. How could you not know about her??
by Anonymous | reply 14 | June 19, 2019 9:35 PM |
I thought she was on meth? Where are the naked pics??
by Anonymous | reply 15 | June 19, 2019 9:37 PM |
I think Whoopi's argument is stupid. It's like telling a woman who had her purse stolen that she should not have bought it if she did not want to be robbed.
But people here are taking her side because she is of their generation and looking at Whoopi's droopy tits makes them feel less bad about their own droopy dicks.
Whereas on Twitter people are taking her side because a black woman can never be in the wrong.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | June 19, 2019 9:38 PM |
I don't agree with blaming the victim for crimes perpetrated against them per se. But you can also make smart decisions or stupid decisions that make you more likely to be victimized, and you really ought to think it through and determine if you really want to take that risk.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | June 19, 2019 9:45 PM |
Here’s her blow job video. Tons of pix of her with cum all over her face leaked along with her ugly titties. She’s in a polyamorous relationship.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | June 19, 2019 9:51 PM |
Bella was a guest host some years ago on The View before she went off the deep end. She was still in well behaved young actress mode but man has her downfall been swift.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | June 19, 2019 10:22 PM |
R4 It is a publicity stunt for her new book. Her initial tweet conveniently mentioned her “next book”. She’s a hot mess that is getting very close to Amanda Byrnes territory.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | June 19, 2019 10:28 PM |
Anyone who puts their naked ass in a photo, deserves what they get. END OF STORY.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | June 19, 2019 10:39 PM |
What a slut.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | June 19, 2019 10:40 PM |
"Kids these days, such sluts they all are!", says the eldergay, as he plays his Sean Cody video of two GenZ actors fucking bareback while he smells poppers, waiting for his Millennial rent-boy to arrive, with a hidden camera already placed to aim at his bed.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | June 19, 2019 10:44 PM |
So she's complaining they're slut-shaming her, and she responds by being offensively ageist.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | June 19, 2019 10:46 PM |
I do not think it counts as "ageism." She is simply acknowledging a fact, that this type of attitude is more typical of people of Whoopi's age. Even Meghan McCain had more empathy for Bella.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | June 19, 2019 10:50 PM |
I suppose it's ageist to note that this boring woman Thorne is just another example of the shallowness and limited capacity of so many people her age.
Their alleged tiny attention spans are self-serving bullshit, because they are endlessly tenacious if they feel challenged. So brittle. Thorne needs to shut both of her gapes if she doesn't want embarrassment and questions about her judgment.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | June 19, 2019 11:00 PM |
Their alleged tiny attention spans are self-serving bullshit, because they are endlessly tenacious if they feel challenged.
"These YOUTHS all have TINY BRAINS because they keep DISAGREEING with ME", said every tired old fuck since the dawn of time.

I'm old and confused, but still able to see that Bella was right to call out her hacker, and Whoopi was questioning the wisdom of raunchy photos uploaded and available for hacking at a time when this is happening to people everywhere.
Bella took control of the situation and neutralized the jerk, but paid a big price in losing some of her privacy. She has a right to be upset. Whoopi should probably have said nothing instead of exacerbating the issue. It's not so much body shaming as intellect shaming.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | June 19, 2019 11:05 PM |
Yawn. We've been through this dozens of times before. Anything uploaded onto a internet phone isn't truly private. I know this, you know this, Oleg in some remote town in Iceland knows this. And can someone explain to these dumb millennial girls that slut shaming isn't real anymore in this country except for a very small portion of society. Whining about "slut shame " has been the go to retort for every idiot who does something stupid /regrettable / embarrassing in their sex lives. And for the last time common sense isn't Blaming the Victim.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | June 19, 2019 11:36 PM |
No one actually believes that what is on one's cell phone isn't truly private. This is just a makeshift belief that you people espouse to keep waging your silly generational warfare against the youth, a conflict that the media has incited for less silly purposes.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | June 19, 2019 11:38 PM |
Whoopi should probably have said nothing instead of exacerbating the issue. It's not so much body shaming as intellect shaming.
Yes: how dare she call this complete idiot out on being a complete idiot. It's just not true.
Well, okay, it [italic]is[/italic] true: but this should be all about Bella's truth, after all.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | June 19, 2019 11:39 PM |
R31 Bella's Truth would make a gripping Lifetime movie.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | June 19, 2019 11:42 PM |
Train wreck.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | June 20, 2019 12:11 AM |
R20 is right on the money.
Yes Whoopi is old and out of touch (not just on this issue), but let's not pretend this girl is a real vicitm.... they hacked her phone and threatened to leak her nude photos (so she leaked them herself with a link to her book!). But didn't think to get into her credit cards or finances? Please.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | June 20, 2019 12:18 AM |
I'm 90 % sure it was all just a publicity stunt. There was a blind item about how she was 'blackmailed', but it probably came from Bella herself. I think it happens all the time that celebrities (or their publicists) send in blinds or make deals with gossip sites to push a certain narrative.

by Anonymous | reply 36 | June 20, 2019 12:22 AM |
Bella Thorne is iGen/Gen Z, and in my experience as a college teacher they are almost always idiots still when it comes to their privacy on the Internet. They think if they simply INTEND for something to be private, that's enough, and everyone will respect their (unwritten) intentions. They take no precautions to hide their privacy, and if you tell them that future employers will see their Tweets or their other social media posts if they don;t take steps to hide them, their response is always: "How DARE they read my posts!"
by Anonymous | reply 37 | June 20, 2019 12:45 AM |
This girl is a desperate mess.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | June 20, 2019 12:54 AM |
They think if they simply INTEND for something to be private, that's enough, and everyone will respect their (unwritten) intentions
What does this have to do with the story? SHE WAS HACKED. And everyone has privacy expectations about things that they put on the cell phone. No one, regardless of age, would accept it if a stranger grabbed their cell phone from their hands and then started to casually review the contents. And that includes you, hypocrite.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | June 20, 2019 1:01 AM |
Some of the comments in Bella's IG posts, both her own and other's posting support, are some of the replies from (presumably) young women saying things like "Thanks Bella for being brave and standing up for other women!" WTF? How is attacking Whoopi for voicing her opinions or posting the photos after the hack or anything about this "brave"? It doesn't help that most of the women responding in such a way are posing with ducklips or have IG bios like "wanna-be social influencer".
by Anonymous | reply 41 | June 20, 2019 1:13 AM |
R41 if they (women) take a shit nowadays they’re “BRAVE!!!”
by Anonymous | reply 42 | June 20, 2019 1:15 AM |
Whoopi is basically saying that Bella wasn't "hacked hacked".
by Anonymous | reply 43 | June 20, 2019 1:28 AM |
Bella = another stupid cunt. Next.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | June 20, 2019 1:56 AM |
I'm on Bella's side with this argument (it's still possible she wanted these pics leaked but that is doubtful as Playboy, Penthouse, etc. could have offered her 6 or even low 7 figures for posing with their brands).
I think the mostly male DL demo is forgetting that in the future more women (& men) are going to be be sending bodypart photos overseas for first & second opinions from medical doctors (breast cancer, anal cancer, penile cancer, testicular cancer, cervical cancer, etc.).
Would Whoopi be saying the exact same thing if her or her daughter's nude pics from a medical issue leaked to the tabloids/public?
Do folks forget that George Harrison's doctor leaked his private medical info to the public shortly before he died?
In the future those same doctors, nurses, etc. will be leaking nude pictures of the rich & famous (& some who are not) to the internet.
Everyone should own 50% of their nude photos & it should be required BY LAW that you need 100% of the consenting parties (the pics owner & the person in the pics). If Bella doesn't want the pics publicized but the owner does than that doesn't make a 100% majority & they shouldn't be able to be released with heavy fines or even the death penalty (that would stop most of this stuff).
Many "starving artists' take artistic photos to pay their bills & never had any intention of releasing those pics to the public before or after their fame occurred.
I believe Selleck, Stallone & Madonna (among others) were victimized by their pics owners. I'm not a fan of any of them but I believe in the right of privacy for all.
Bottom line is that the picture owners should have had to get permission by the people in the photo to be released in book, film or internet form.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | June 20, 2019 2:16 AM |
Isn't she the one posting spread eagle photos on Instagram every week? I never understood this American discomfort with nudity all while showing all sorts of vulgarity in the media. The puritanism is so inconsistent. You see music videos that are pretty much pornographic but TV won't allow an image of dick or tits. Once you have posted a photo of yourself with your finger in your mouth and your legs open, what's the big deal about a picture that shows actual parts?
by Anonymous | reply 46 | June 20, 2019 4:29 AM |
R46 I can't say I understand it either.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | June 20, 2019 5:30 AM |
She's so trashy, even the datalounge whores look down on her.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | June 20, 2019 12:49 PM |
She's young and can turn this around. Sadly, I see someone mentally deteriorating right before my eyes and I'm pissed that Whoopi felt it was ok to go after her. We need to have each other's backs, not stabbing them.
R47's point is why young people are so fucked up with this nudity/instragram/selfie culture. You have someone making millions by hanging her ass out there and posting nudes online, but she's only there and enriching herself because she made a porno. It's truly a sick society with examples like that out there for young women.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | June 20, 2019 1:31 PM |
R46 So no one in your country would be upset/angry
if someone posted your 90 year old Grandma's naked photos online?
by Anonymous | reply 50 | June 20, 2019 1:55 PM |
She has been pathologically thirsty for years. It’s sad. I hope she gets help.
