Golden Girls medical maladies
Dorothy had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Morton's Neuroma. Sophia had her heart attack scare. Rose had a heart attack and the AIDS scare. What did Blanche have? I've been racking my brain.
Yeah, I know another GG thread, but I've been through hell with my mom this past week and maybe this can divert my mind.

Is hallucinating a medical malady?
You know, when she was a Great Southern Writer.

Rose also had an esophageal spasm, diagnosed by Dr Jew.
Blanche had a pacemaker installed - which is related to this deleted scene that isn't on DVD.

With as many men as Blanche slept with, you know she had her gynecologist on speed dial. I couldn't believe it when she dated that Pharmacist, if he knew her prescription history, why would he date her?

Small breasts. Blanche had SMALL BREASTS.

No one made the connection between Dorothy hitting Rose on the head with a newspaper and Rose’s mental capacity getting less and less over time?

My old lover, Ron Hunter, played a doctor on an episode of Golden Girls.

Rose has the heart attack scare where she thought she died then went on a wild party rampage leading her to get kicked out of the house. She also had that heart attack in season 7. She has that decades long opioid addiction that lasted one episode.
Sophia has the stroke. She was also wheelchair bound I forget why and Edie mclurgh had to become her in house nurse.

Sophia also had the initial stroke that first landed her in Shady Pines, the one that left her totally annoying.

Rose became incredibly selfish and annoying after that heart-attack scare, when she started hanging out with the "beach crowd". Dorothy and Blanche should NEVER have let that selfish bitch back into the house.

Rose broke a tooth eating a nectarine

Blanche had a heart arrhythmia. She had to wear a monitor and then was afraid sex would be too stimulating.

"New beach friends", not "beach crowd."

Dorothy had a growth on her foot which required surgery.
The “Girls” were also effected by:
Alvin’s Alzheimer’s.
And worst malady of all, teen neighbor Mary got knocked up. Stan’s bypass.

R19 Blanche almost did, too, when Sophia’s annoying nurse entered the room at the worst possible moment.

Sophia got a hernia supposedly when Dorothy asked her to move a whicker sofa, then later admitted it was actually from trying to lift her friend's VW Bug.

Why in the world did Rose think she had AIDS? Was she going to bareback gangbang parties in Fort Lauderdale?

r18 That was one of the worst episodes. She left because she started "Eating life" and became this partying social butterfly, and then as soon as she moves out she has no friends to talk to and nothing to do. What happened to all the new friends that made her move out in the first place?
