Sandy Hook parents claim Alex Jones sent them child porn.

Much as I hope this is true, I can't help but think this is just the Sandy Hook families' lawyers fucking with Alex's pea sized brain.

That's too serious an accusation and too easily falsifiable for it to not be true. The speculation is that someone sent Jones porn as a prank or an effort to get him into trouble and he was too damn stupid to remove it.

Even worse, his lawyers absolutely should have reviewed this material before they turned it over. He has grounds to sue them for malpractice unless he explicitly told them to not review this shit.

It’s the lawyers claiming they were sent kiddie porn not the parents.

Was the kiddie porn filmed in basement of a pizzeria? If not, I call shenanigans.

There’s almost no possibility that this isn’t true.

The files were on what I’m assuming were portable drives, or disks. Not only will the FBI have IT analysts confirm that the files reached the law firm with the illegal images, they will be able to trace where the images originated from: were they downloaded from the internet into Jones’ servers? We’re they emailed to Jones from someone else? Did someone with access to files stored in Jones’ servers view the files? When were the files viewed? How many times were the files viewed? What computers were they viewed from? Were the files encrypted previously to being sent to Jones, or before they were directly downloaded & viewed on a computer connected to Jones’ server? What type of encryption software was used? Were the files shared with others?

If Jones is responsible for obtaining and viewing those images, or anyone else in his organization or home is, then the FBI’s analysis protocols will easily verify that.

I HIGHLY doubt that those files ended up there by sheer coincidence. The most simple probability is usually the correct one.

Look up the Pennsylvania Supreme Court porngate case. Judges were getting in trouble and dragged through the mud because they were cc:ed on life or pornographic emails. They could have come from anyone, just the fact they existed was enough to get in trouble. Jones and his lawyers handed over files that had the porn in them, but they act like they don't know where the files came from and/or who gave them the files? Were the files left under the door in the middle of the night? I assume the files were being handed over in the discovery process - what a discovery - so shouldn't it be easy to find the source?
