I just chucked the cake leftovers (politely accepted when forced upon me) into the garbage. It was good but who needs the calories a few days in a row? I didn't take any chocolate home.

Increasingly I'm doing the same OP. I have no respect for junk food since it has no respect for me.
I throw out remaining box of cookies after eating half of it. Poir soda down the sink etc.
Kids aren't going hungry from lack of Oreos so no guilt. I'm getting more selective about my indulgences.
