In the UK you can have you contract terminated on the basis that you owe your employer a fiduciary responsibility to not bring it into disrepute, this includes outside of the workplace as well as within. Though he only had to not use his real name and therefore have a case for unfair dismissal as he had followed reasonable steps to not identify himself with his employer. I hate to say it but this guy is probably suffering from emotional issues. I've seen him on Twitter before and he seems like the usual compulsive who can't help showing off. He's wrong it's not sex that's the problem, it's when these people have a pathological need to present themselves. I don’t want to sound like a judgemental prude, but a friend and I went to the Prowler Porn Awards a couple of years ago, thinking it would be fun.

We both left feeling a little skeeved out and it changed my attitude to porn forever. Seeing porn performers amassed in real life, and not there to perform and have sex and be overtly sexual, it just reinforced what is always implicit in porn but what we choose to ignore: that porn performers ain’t doing it because they have unlimited life choices. Some (not all) are clearly poor, and are of limited education and literacy. Up close, one could see how exploitative it mostly is.
