IT IS 2019. IN 2025 IT WILL BE 60 YEARS SINCE THE SURGEON GENERALS FIRST RELEASED FINDINGS ON THE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS OF TOBACCO. 60 YEARS OF WILLFUL IGNORANCE AND THE WILFUL CHOICE OF DEATH.
