Belinda Carlisle's material has definitely been hit and miss, mostly miss as time went on, but when she really nailed that California sound, it was sublime. Songs like "Half The World" "Summer Rain" "Love Revolution" and pretty much everything she did with Rick Knowles are lovely and stand up over time.
