I'm thinking 2, maybe 3, when she was young and struggling. But once she became financially secure, and was able to upgrade her healthcare accordingly, I doubt unintended pregnancy was an issue for her any longer.

Oh, honey--that was the joke in NYC in the 80s and early 90s. Bitch has had more children pulled out of her than a burning orphanage.
It was not easy for her to conceive her 2 (natural) children and carry them to full term, particularly since she was approaching/over 40 at the time.
