I believe that a lot of the sensational things Alexis talked about were exaggerations or just plain false. He was a complete attention ho' and the more scandalous the story the more attention he would get.
Truth be told, I think Will is bisexual, and I think Alexis did hear that as everyone else did; but I don't believe that he had any inside knowledge. Sheree will do or say anything to protect Will and their son, so she will never ever spill anything.

He came off as likely being pretty gay back in the Fresh Prince days. I have no way of knowing, but it would come as zero surprise if he were busted for sleeping with men.
