Or at least she thinks she is. She believes they accidentally got married on the set of Dracula, where a real priest was used in the wedding scene.

Real life isn't a sitcom. You can't "accidentally" get married. Just because a priest or minister performs a wedding ceremony doesn't mean you are legally married, you're just married in the eyes of the Great Sky Fairy. A real priest performing a marriage ceremony in a film would be akin to the "weddings" that the girls used to make the boys participate in during the 7th grade.
Real marriage requires a marriage license to be signed by both parties, witnesses, and the officiant, and filed with the state.

And, R8, according to the church it requires consummation. And we ALL know Keanu didn't stick his dick in THAT.

Years ago, I heard comedian Janeane Garafalo tell a similar story. She said that she and some friends pulled up to a drive-through marriage chapel in Las Vegas and she married a co-worker because it seemed to be funny at the time. Now she was sort of worried that she was still legally married to this guy.
In Ryder's case obviously it wasn't legal without a marriage license, but what about drive-through marriages in Las Vegas?

Ok....but even if a real priest was used, they got married as Jonathan Harker and Mina, not their real names.

She would have to sign a marriage license, a real one. And she didn't.
