Agreed. He definitely seems like he's self-medicating in some fashion. He's lost a lot of muscle size and tone - like he's completely stopped working out (not merely stopped with supplements and/or steroids).

He's always struck me as having some fairly severe emotional or psychological issues. Based on past crazy statements vs. actual behavior, I've always had the impression that:

- He was gay, but filled with shame, self-loathing, and denial;

- Child predators frequently target gay kids - they don't turn gay because they were abused; they're abused because they're gay;

- The people around him are probably somewhat homophobic and he has/had no support for the abuse, being gay, or self-medicating;

- Being somewhat attractive, but with few life/economic options, he's probably both used his appearance to get what he wants/needs and has been taken advantage of by smarter and more unscrupulous men - and cast off once they're done with him.
