[quote]However, there may be a perfectly reasonable explanation for why she did not wear it.

Yeah, OP. They sound reallllllly upset.

by Anonymousreply 1June 20, 2018 3:54 PM

Kate looks more regal in her all white lace.

by Anonymousreply 2June 20, 2018 3:55 PM

Kate had hoped that Miss Meghan may get LOST, so she didn't bother giving a heads up....fingers crossed. Oh no, haven't seen Meghan!

by Anonymousreply 3June 20, 2018 4:06 PM

Some of us don't need name tags.

She was wearing it on her clutch.

As if security is gunna stop her

by Anonymousreply 7June 20, 2018 4:21 PM

Would you like some curds with your whey?

by Anonymousreply 8June 20, 2018 5:17 PM

Why do they need to wear nametags?

by Anonymousreply 9June 20, 2018 5:30 PM

The Tumblr theory is that Meggy was merching the Givenchy and the name tag would ruin the picture when Givenchy put it up on their website or social media to boast.

The Oscar de la Renta sack she wore to Harry's cousin wedding was put up on the ODLR website then taken down when the world ridiculed it.

Worse is that Megs thought the Ascot Givenchy would get a glowing response because she and Givenchy planted a story in Vanity Fair about how Megs didn't have a stylist for Ascot but instead worked directly with Givenchy's designer for her Ascot look.

I hate name tags.

by Anonymousreply 11June 20, 2018 5:45 PM

Sorry. no pin holes, this dress cost me $5000.

by Anonymousreply 12June 20, 2018 5:58 PM

Who wears a fucking shirtdress to ascot?

by Anonymousreply 13June 20, 2018 6:19 PM

R12 - Cost who $5,000? Bill was sent to Clarence House, not Kensington Cottage.

R13 - An L.A. grifter trying to erase memories of the Deal or No Deal suitcase girl in the red hooker dress and breast implants.

This rebel without a cause shit is getting tired and the marriage will probably come to a premature end thanks to "the firm".

by Anonymousreply 15June 21, 2018 3:21 PM

I need a name tag.

by Anonymousreply 16June 21, 2018 3:25 PM

Why marry into the most traditional family in the world if you don’t want to uphold traditions?

by Anonymousreply 17June 21, 2018 3:32 PM

We need to use the DL Prayer Center to make sure she doesn’t have kids with Ginger. It has to be hard for her to get pregnant at 37 anyway.

by Anonymousreply 18June 21, 2018 3:33 PM

R17 - Don't fall for her We're Going to Change Everything and Shake Up This Old Dead Institution! act. She married him to become part of those traditions, wallow in their perks, and cloak herself in their prestige. The badge issue is not an issue. She wore it on her clutch and several other members weren't wearing one - they don't, occasionally. When she announces that she doesn't want the Populace to curtsey or address her as Your Royal Highness, then the Firm can start worrying.

Old magician's trick: deflection.

by Anonymousreply 19June 21, 2018 4:28 PM

Meghan doesn't believe in labels.

by Anonymousreply 20June 21, 2018 4:41 PM

R20 - Except the ones sewn into her clothes.
