I'm a pretty thick top and what I usually do is insert, hold it there so they can adjust, ask them if they're OK and then start fucking slowly building up to a pounding. The issues I've run into is when I just start pounding away. I know everyone is built different, but I find it a turn off when I can just slide in and they don't react.
