Apparently, there is no such thing as a female brain and a male brain, not at least in terms of identity. I used to think they were real, but apparently there is no substantial evidece to suggest such thing. When studying differences what they have found is how the brain respond to sexual stimuli, but in terms of identity the brain shows nothing that you could call a female and a male brain.

The #metoo movement started with women demanding to be treated with basic civility and respect, so they could just do their fucking jobs in peace, so "no". But when the right wing sets out to twist and co-opt the movement, they'll start pushing for more segregation of the sexes and keeping women out of the desirable jobs. It's so much easier for them that way, if women aren't present among the powerful then the powerful don't have to make any effort to treat them like human beings rather than toys. What people are uncomfortable with is not their biological sex but with socially-determined/constructed male/female roles and presentation. Get rid of those and the "trans" nonsense ceases to exist.

Most trans women are a hundred times more “girly” than any woman. They wear more makeup, sluttier clothing and jewelry. They’re parodies of femininity. I won't see gender dysphoric/trans patients. I tell prospective patients that they need to see a doctor with experience with gender/trans issues. I make sure that it is clear that I lack the experience to treat. Also I don't accept Medicaid/Medicare so it is rare for trans folks to reach out to me, as they are usually not working in jobs that provide insurance and most seem to be on Medicaid.

In reality, I think trans folks are mentally ill - most seem to have severe personality disorders.

Luckily there is Planned Parenthood that has trans medical services and I refer them there.

I am not going to waste my time trying to figure out how female hormones are affecting males who are taking them. Also their psych hospital rate/suicide rate is so high they are too much of a legal liability
