Trump administration plans to protect health workers for refusing to handle abortions or treat transgender people
And the reported effort comes days after the Department of Health and Human Services either fired or accepted the resignation of a hard-line abortion opponent as head of HHS' family planning programs and replaced her with a leading skeptic of birth-control-promotion efforts.
Politico first reported Tuesday on the administration's plans for a proposed rule that would "shield health workers who refuse to perform abortions or treat transgender patients."

He keeps trying to pander to his base, but they have no affection for him. Esp. since he has been impotent to implement the loony promises he made on the campaign trail.
I believe he will only feel that he WON if he can get a 2nd term. There's too many questions of illegitimacy over the 2016 election.

This administration is like a shitty game of limbo. There's a race to see how fucking low they can go. I mean, really, how do you find the worst fucking person for every fucking position in the entire federal government?? You have to be trying really hard to accomplish that level of ineptitude. Did they hire a blind monkey with metal hands to polish the nuclear warheads?
