Which Datalounge posters do you think are real?

I think most of the posters on DL are Russian bots.

I think AIKC was a real person possibly having some kind of manic episode when he was posting all that craziness.

We used to have some great posters here who have disappeared. I miss Charlie, Mr Hollywood, Mia, Della, various lesbian posters.

None of them are real.

I'm guessing that some who post "Marry Me!" are doing that as a throwaway comment.

However it concerns me that some are actually trolling for BFs on here. And they are quite real.

Sometimes I reach for a comment like Marry Me, when I want to bump a thread for my watcher, and in lieu of just saying “bump”.

Oh dear lord who would want to marry or date anyone here? I’d certainly not want to date me.

My interpretation of "Marry Me!" is it is the ULTIMATE compliment for a posting.

To date I've received two such "Proposals," both of which have brought a genuine smile. :-)
