Total Scam! 11 weeks later and still no swimwear. All the reviews are right! They take your money, send you a receipt and then nothing.. They don't reply to emails or facebook messages. Go else where - find better gear for cheaper

Don’t waste your time ordering from them. I order three swimsuits back in late June. They are fast to send an invoice confirming your order. After waiting patently two months, I tried to contact them via email. No response back. Then I tried to contact them via Facebook. Got am automatic response saying they would respond back with 24hours. Nothing. I finally got a phone number and called. My call went straight to voice mail. I left a message. Surprising, no call back. I finally turned to the better business bureau. Within two weeks I got a response through the BBB. They said they would refund my money within 5-7 business days if in filed out a form and email it to them. The form wasn’t user friend but I filled it out. I email the form to Estevez USA. I did not get a refund as promised. Thus, I got back in touch with the BBB. This time I got a response through the BBB that they were sorry and I would get a check within two business. Because of my persistence, I finally did receive a refund. Bottom line, your lucky if you get what you ordered. Worst customer service. The real name of the company is Gayhills Inc. I question if they really have any connections to Estevez swimwear.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ESTEVEZ SWIMWEAR ONLINE. I ORDERED TWO SWIMSUITS BACK IN FEBRUARY AND FOUR MONTHS HAVE NOW GONE BY AND STILL NO SWIMSUITS. I WAS CHARGED $126.26 AS SOON AS I PLACED MY ORDER AND AFTER COUNTLESS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH E-MAILS, PHONE, AND INSTANT MESSENGER...STILL NO RESPONSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY ORDER.

NOTE: WORST customer service ( non answer of phone, or emails); 6 months waiting on a backorder is NOT acceptable. I expect to see purchase refunded to my account immediately. I will be contacting my credit card company regarding this purchase. Per your ONE and only response ( as a direct result of of a BBB complaint) My purchase price is fully refundable. Should purchase price not be refunded I shall file an additional a new complaint with the BBB and The Florida State Attorney Generals office as well. Order was placed May 18th 2016. 6 months later still not shipped.

LYING CONMEN - STEER WELL CLEAR. I paid for 2 swimsuits on 8th August and more than 3 months later I still have not received my items. The company is terrible at communicating and when they do bother to respond to emails, they feed you lie after lie after lie. Both Andrew and Felipe have zero credibility and make promises they then do not keep. I'm now involving the police and my credit card company as these jokers are nothing more than fraudsters.
