If you didn't watch season one, you'd have no idea what is going on.

Hell, I *did* watch season one, and I'm not sure what the fuck is going on.

I guess he looked weird because that was a prequel? They showed the walls coming down... but... it really was kind of weird. I'm very confused about what was going on.

Who is the hot actor who plays his son? Because, damn.......I want to see him shirtless, forthwith. And then fuck him.

I was thinking the same as OP. He didn't seem too attractive last season, but hot as hell this season. Maybe because I saw him with his shirt off toward the end of last season.

I really want to know more about the 'hosts' goddammit.

What's their motivation for implementing this kind of police state?

And I really want to know more about why the wall is there, and what the Hosts did to everyone outside the walls...

The first 5 minutes of this week's episode (2/2/17) remind me of what we're living through now in the U.S. with no control over our own fates.

R12, yeah, this show started out as just a sci-fi show... now it's cutting uncomfortably close to home in ways they could never have imagined when they started.

Anyone watching?

I liked it at first but then realized that this show goes nowhere, and slowly.

I'm liking this season better than last, but it does cut a little too close to home given the whole Trump thing.

It's relentlessly depressing and what the V remake should have been. It seems the hosts are robbing Earth of all its cultural treasures (weird) -unless some huge Earth disaster is about to occur. I'm wondering if they aren't E.T.s but rather future humans and it's why some are not being killed (as it would affect a future timeline).

R17, they never make it clear, but it sure seems like the vast majority of humans were killed in the arrival.

I want to know the motivation of putting down the walls around certain communities and then basically killing most people outside them.

They did the one flash-back episode of the arrival of the walls... but I found that episode rather confusing. I'm really not clear on what exactly happened during the 'arrival'.

The last episode was pretty intense... the fact that the 'colony' isn't a colony but just a holding pen that will be emptied in just over two years was an amazing revelation.

Next episode looks to be even more intense.

Wow. Game changer. Haven't watched the most recent episode yet. But does Bram get nekkid? I'm waiting for that. Guy is hot as fuck.

Season 2 was way better than season 3, but it still feels like treading water sometimes, like the real meat is always just around the corner.

I'm surprised how depressed I am at this news. I was totally Meh on season one, but it's gotten so much better.
