An important point from the video: doctors can be viewed as violating human rights if they refuse to treat those with gender dysphoria with the medication the patient demands e.g. hormones. Hence, in Canada we've allowed the mentally ill to diagnose themselves and prescribe their own medication even if a doctor disapproves.

The way I read it schools could be penalized for offering practical and rational compromises like letting the relatively rare trans person use the coaches locker room to change before and after gym. And teachers being allowed to do genital checks on minor children? Requiring "bathroom police" in facilities appropriately built as unisex? Come on. Hell no.
