r32 uh no actor's don't go in and pitch dual role ideas...it is the oldest soap cliche..and trust me the writers NEVER take ideas from the actors. Braeden and Tomas Scott don't go up and pitch ideas for their characters....soap arcs are written out almost a year in advance...there is a bible with the overall direction of what happens, where the characters will be etc...

Brown was ratings gold for Y&R - to change the actor to Phyllis's twin?? yeah it was clear they didn't want to deal with all the bad blood that came with Brown.
