I don't like pressure, but I do work well under it. I channel the nervous energy into getting a lot of work done. The adrenaline rush of being under the gun seems to bring out my best work. I guess that's why I always did well on tests all the way through graduate school.

As I get older, I find that I do need some break time near the end of the project in order to regroup, rethink the whole thing, and consider it from the outside as it it were.

It depends.
If I'm in unfamiliar territory, I don't work well under pressure.
If it's a task I'm good at and I know what I need to do, I work well under pressure.

I can only work under pressure. Otherwise I procrastinate.

Same r7. I've always done my best work under pressure. It just kicks my butt into full gear to do what it takes to get it done.
Without any sense of urgency I'll be lazy.
