Maybe people should take responsibility for their own health and not engage in behaviors that endanger themselves or others. There are natural laws. If barebacking and IV drug use was good for us it wouldn't have such negative consequences. Use some common sense or take measures that protect yourself. Why is others' poor decision-making my financial burden?
