I was circumcised at 14 because of phimosis. It wasn't the overly tight foreskin that led my parents to that decision. The pain when I got hard that finally caused me to convince them a trip to the family doctor was needed. That was embarrassing. More embarrassing was the trip to the emergency room for the emergency circumcision when I decided I wanted to see how far I could retract my foreskin while jerking off and it got stuck behind my knob. This led to the knob swelling and becoming bright reddish purple. Yeah there was also crusty cement like smegma stuck in there. I was the experiment. My dad and bothers were circumcised. As many have mentioned it is likely phimosis, but surgery is not always the answer, or should at least not automatically be the first thing considered. Discuss your options with the doctor/urologist, steroid creams and stretching exercises can usually give an improvement.

also, if you have never pulled it back before, i imagine you have a huge buildup of smegma plaque underneath. it's gross, white, smelly stuff. you'll have to clean it. you're penis head will also probably be very painful/sensitive to touch since it's never seen air before so it will be very rough first couple of times...
