I am 21 and still a virgin. My foreskin is so tight that I never saw the head of my penis. Should I be worried ?
My foreskin is very tight

Do you have a pair of scissors?
by Anonymous | reply 1 | July 27, 2015 9:44 PM |
Phimosis. See a doctor.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | July 27, 2015 9:46 PM |
Normally when I masturbate I just rub the tip of my penis and then I have orgasms pretty quickly. So I don't know how it feels like putting my penis in someone's ass.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | July 27, 2015 9:46 PM |
r3 is OP btw
by Anonymous | reply 4 | July 27, 2015 9:47 PM |
Mine used to be like that when I was a teenager. Then I started masturbating regularly. Now the head is always partially exposed.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | July 27, 2015 9:50 PM |
You are trolling.
If you are not trolling and have never discussed this with your doctor (or pediatrician) something (else) is wrong with you.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | July 27, 2015 9:54 PM |
R6, why did you have to spoil it. I was getting all hard just dreaming about helping OP,retract it.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | July 27, 2015 10:01 PM |
R6 Hush, you!!!
Op, please tell us more about your problem. We're only here to help.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | July 27, 2015 10:02 PM |
You'll need surgery, OP.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | July 27, 2015 10:04 PM |
If it doesn't hurt then there's nothing to be worried about. If it feels painful when peeing or masturbating you should go and see a doctor.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | July 27, 2015 10:07 PM |
It sounds like you may need long term, oral manipulation. It's the only way.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | July 27, 2015 10:08 PM |
Evolution fucks up sometimes and the foreskin is proof.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | July 27, 2015 10:11 PM |
Masturbate three times a day with mayonaise. Keep little packets handy.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | July 27, 2015 10:11 PM |
"Normally when I masturbate"
Beatnik and turtleneck belong together.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | July 27, 2015 10:15 PM |
As another poster said, this is the textbook definition of phimosis. OP should go see a doctor to explore surgically solving the problem.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | July 27, 2015 10:17 PM |
Times like these when I wish I were a doctor.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | July 27, 2015 10:24 PM |
R12 Actually the foreskin has a protective function and prevents desensitization of the glands. Penetration to a circumcised men feels usually less intense than to an intact one.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | July 27, 2015 10:38 PM |
You must have horrific smegma.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | July 28, 2015 12:00 AM |
Sure, r17.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | July 28, 2015 12:05 AM |
I was circumcised at 14 because of phimosis. It wasn't the overly tight foreskin that led my parents to that decision. The pain when I got hard that finally caused me to convince them a trip to the family doctor was needed. That was embarrassing. More embarrassing was the trip to the emergency room for the emergency circumcision when I decided I wanted to see how far I could retract my foreskin while jerking off and it got stuck behind my knob. This led to the knob swelling and becoming bright reddish purple. Yeah there was also crusty cement like smegma stuck in there. I was the experiment. My dad and bothers were circumcised. I wasn't circumcised because I was born 6 weeks early and got to be stuck in pediatric ICU. My parents never even heard of smegma. I did have cool Frankenstein like stitches and scar for a few months until they became less noticeable.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | July 28, 2015 12:15 AM |
My dad had to get a bit snipped when he was early 60s. In a way, I'm pretty glad I'm cut.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | July 28, 2015 12:18 AM |
OP-why are you asking DL'ers? Very few are medical doctors and you should be getting 100% knowledgeable advice from the medical community. Call your MD asap.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | July 28, 2015 12:21 AM |
Pull your head out, O.P.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | July 28, 2015 1:08 AM |
I'm sorry miss, but with all due respect, I've got problems of my own.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | July 28, 2015 1:10 AM |
Is your foreskin tight, too, Mariah?
by Anonymous | reply 25 | July 28, 2015 1:13 AM |
A guy I know had phimosis, and finally dealt with it at age 38. He did not have to get circumcised and can now completely retract his foreskin.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | July 28, 2015 1:20 AM |
Our ability to offer any useful advice, OP, is seriously hindered without visual reference.
In other words, this thread is useless without pictures.
Please post immediately.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | July 28, 2015 3:08 AM |
No No. It doesn't pain at all when I get hard or masturbate but I feel like I am missing out on some fun without the retractable foreskin. And I don't know if it pains or feels different when I top someone during anal sex.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | July 28, 2015 4:52 AM |
Is the OP the infamous Japanese-Canadian?
by Anonymous | reply 29 | July 28, 2015 4:55 AM |
r29 No. I am half Indian half American
by Anonymous | reply 30 | July 28, 2015 4:59 AM |
still waiting on pictures so that we can make the proper diagnostic recommendations.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | July 29, 2015 2:17 PM |
As many have mentioned it is likely phimosis, but surgery is not always the answer, or should at least not automatically be the first thing considered. Discuss your options with the doctor/urologist, steroid creams and stretching exercises can usually give an improvement.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | July 29, 2015 2:25 PM |
r31 lol
by Anonymous | reply 33 | July 29, 2015 2:34 PM |
How do you keep it clean if you can't retract it? Sounds unhygienic.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | July 29, 2015 2:39 PM |
Start jerking off more and stretch your skin out.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | March 26, 2016 1:05 AM |
Have you considered this - Go to 'Google', type in 'my foreskin is very tight', and go to one of the recommended medical websites that could give you information on this topic. And probably recommending you see a doctor. And no, even though the surgically mutilated old queens on this site will pounce at every opportunity to have everyone else be emasculated like they are, circumcision is usually only a last resort.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | March 26, 2016 1:23 AM |
You only need to see a doctor if it's causing a problem, and they don't do circumcisions for it anymore, first they try and sretch it and if that doesn't work they'll do a dorsal slit, which is a cut in the foreskin that will allow it to be retracted.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | March 26, 2016 1:35 AM |
I have no problem taking your too-tight penis head into my mouth whenever you need to loosen it up. You are a virgin and don't need to sero-convert on my watch so no anal.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | March 26, 2016 1:48 AM |
It depends whether or not youre foreskin is in your same major, OP.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | March 26, 2016 1:51 AM |
Yes, OP. Start some stretching exercises. See a doctor Don't let them circumcise you though. That's not necessary. This can be fixed without going to that extreme.
If they insist, ask for "just a little off the top", not a full circumcision.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | March 26, 2016 1:51 AM |
Your foreskin wouldn't be so tight if you had a kind heart. Your mother was right.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | March 26, 2016 1:51 AM |
Your foreskin just needs some counseling to figure out chilhood trauma and mothering issues.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | March 26, 2016 1:54 AM |
R40 - Don't go to a Jewish doctor. They want everyone circumcised for the flimiest of justifications.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | March 26, 2016 1:55 AM |
I see a Jewish doctor and he does not want me cut R43; but before I ever got naked in front of him I worried he would say something or recommend it.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | March 26, 2016 4:19 PM |
Are you American?
by Anonymous | reply 45 | March 26, 2016 4:20 PM |
any updates?
by Anonymous | reply 46 | May 1, 2016 12:22 AM |
This never happened.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | May 1, 2016 12:25 AM |
Betamethasone is a steroid medication.. A cream with 0.05% betamethasone appears effective in treating phimosis in boys, and often averts the need for circumcision.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | May 1, 2016 12:37 AM |
See a doctor.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | May 1, 2016 12:42 AM |
Yes evolution fucks up sometimes R12. You're proof.
But to get to your problem OP, you need minor surgery. Not full circumcision or snipping anything off but just a snip to open up the foreskin.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | May 1, 2016 1:18 AM |
My dick is too hard.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | May 1, 2016 3:09 AM |
You shouldn't have foreskin.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | May 1, 2016 3:34 AM |
I am the OP. I am busy with my exams right now . Will explain everything a little later.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | May 1, 2016 3:39 AM |
get that thing cut open, and watch your head appear like the beautiful rose that it is
by Anonymous | reply 54 | September 1, 2016 4:48 AM |
Shouldn't somebody have said 'Tina get me the ax!'?
by Anonymous | reply 55 | September 1, 2016 10:49 AM |
I suggest discussing this with your priest or pastor. He'll know what to do.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | September 1, 2016 2:03 PM |
If you auto fellate I would imagine a foreskin would make things more difficult.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | September 1, 2016 2:30 PM |
I don't see your problem if stuff like this is possible...
by Anonymous | reply 58 | September 1, 2016 3:14 PM |
Ask your doctor for Betamethasone, the prescription cream that helps loosen and stretch the skin. Do not let the doctor or anyone else talk you into getting circumcised.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | September 1, 2016 4:46 PM |
I had the same issue at 21 I got circumcised It's the best decision I ever made I'm a top by the way
by Anonymous | reply 60 | September 1, 2016 6:05 PM |
i had the same problem, do some stretching exercises in the shower. when you masturbate, pull it back as far as you can. basically you need to practice loosening it
also, if you have never pulled it back before, i imagine you have a huge buildup of smegma plaque underneath. it's gross, white, smelly stuff. you'll have to clean it. you're penis head will also probably be very painful/sensitive to touch since it's never seen air before so it will be very rough first couple of times...

by Anonymous | reply 63 | September 2, 2016 3:57 PM |
Get it fixed. Horrible as it sounds, no one wants to eat a banana that they can't peel.

R58 fucking gross. Why do people want to look like freaks?
by Anonymous | reply 66 | July 7, 2020 3:50 PM |
What exactly is dorsal slit? Never heard of it until now. I also have a problem with pulling the skin over the head, but not as extreme as op's. I thought about circumcision, but not the whole skin that cover the head, just a tip, since I've heard that circumcised doesn't feel as good and you can't last as long. Is that even a thing? Btw. I'm 35. Sorry for bad language, not a native English speaker
