Police Force Defecation and Surgery After Driver Clenched Butt Cheeks During Traffic Stop
New Mexico court documents state that Eckert was driving out of Wal-Mart in Deming when he failed to fully stop at a parking lot stop sign. He was immediately pulled over.
When he stepped out of his vehicle, an officer reported that he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. That fact was cited as probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. Officers obtained a search warrant and Eckert’s humiliating examination began at a nearby medical center.
-Eckert’s abdominal area was X-rayed; no narcotics were found.
-Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
-Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
-Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
-Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
-Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
-Doctors then X-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
-Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert’s anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.

Just to be precise, a colonoscopy is not surgery. It's an invasive procedure, but it's not surgery.
|by Anonymous||reply 1||11/10/2013|
Whoever Eckert is I hope he sues the hell out of 'em.
|by Anonymous||reply 2||11/10/2013|
I hope they bought him dinner afterwards.
|by Anonymous||reply 3||11/10/2013|
Well now I know what to do in New Mexico if I want to have some fun!
|by Anonymous||reply 4||11/10/2013|
Well, he was wearing a caftan when he was pulled over.
|by Anonymous||reply 5||11/10/2013|
And he thought he was having a shitty weekend BEFORE he went to Wal-Mart.
|by Anonymous||reply 6||11/10/2013|
Good reason never to go back to Walmart.
Here is the CNN report of the story.
|by Anonymous||reply 7||11/10/2013|
Jesus how long had it been since he'd had a shit? Who shits that much
|by Anonymous||reply 9||11/10/2013|
Does this qualify as extreme surprise anal?
|by Anonymous||reply 11||11/10/2013|
So who is going to pay hospital bill? That's a small fortune's worth of procedures.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||11/10/2013|
Doesn't this belong in the "Let's Write a Porno Script" thread?
|by Anonymous||reply 13||11/10/2013|
Gives a whole new meaning to the term "jaws of life".
|by Anonymous||reply 14||11/10/2013|
Of course, there's always at least one nut in the comments section that boils it all down to Obama. I didn't have to go far to find this one.
This is probably a ploy to take away the Sheriff's power...that's what the Obamanation wants to do because they keep their people in their own communities safe and protected.....and they are elected and have more power than the Federal Govt....and we can't have that if there is to be chaos from sea to shining sea now can we
|by Anonymous||reply 15||11/10/2013|
Haha R15! I, too, always notice that whenever there is a big breaking story of bad news, there is always someone in the comments section who associates President Obama with it. There could be a devastating earthquake in California and some loony right-winger would say "It's Obama's fault!"
|by Anonymous||reply 16||11/10/2013|
Officers obtained a search warrant and Eckert’s humiliating examination began at a nearby medical center.
Oh no. That's only part of this travesty. The police got a search warrant, took him to a hospital and that hospital refused to do anything to this man because they thought it was unethical.
So then, the crazy police took him to another hospital in another town (another county) where the doctors were happy to sexually assault/physically assault this man. That search warrant was not legal in that county. The police didn't have any authority in that county either
I hope this guy sues every single person involved with this (cops, judge, doctors, nurses, hospital) and I hope the justice department will investigate this
|by Anonymous||reply 17||11/10/2013|
"Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time."
I think this is what's called 'Enterpise Surprise Anal'.
|by Anonymous||reply 18||11/10/2013|
This was clearly an Enema of the State.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||11/10/2013|
And the dog who did the sniff testing for drugs was uncertified.
|by Anonymous||reply 20||11/10/2013|
So now it's not just the extraterrestrial visitors to New Mexico conducting anal probes.
|by Anonymous||reply 21||11/10/2013|
Hilarious responses, folks. "Extreme surprise anal" -- oh lord, did I guffaw.
I agree he needs to sue those motherfuckers and I hope we'll get an update on this case as it develops. FUCK THA POLICE!
|by Anonymous||reply 23||11/10/2013|
It says that he was already known to the police for "hiding drugs in his anal cavity." Well, legally, that's a big fucking SO WHAT without probable cause that he was doing it THIS time. Why would the cops CARE so much to go to all this trouble anyway..without probable cause. I mean, wouldn't that be one of the most UNPLEASANT experiences for the cops, AS WELL AS the defendant to have to search some guy's asshole repeatedly? I mean, porn jokes aside, what kind of a night would that be for the cops?
|by Anonymous||reply 24||11/10/2013|
What kind of hospital has doctors with this kind of free time on their hands?
|by Anonymous||reply 25||11/10/2013|
I hope after he sues everyone from the Chief of Police to the ER doctors and nurses at that shitty hospital, this poor man never has to work another day in his life!
|by Anonymous||reply 26||11/10/2013|
Oh look, Jan Brewer posts here.
|by Anonymous||reply 28||11/11/2013|
The NMPD is training gestapos. Silence of the public is their biggest ally.

I have to agree with R24, but one has to wonder about communal fetishes... It's a scary thought that a group of cops might be turned on by involuntary colon emissions, but we live in a weird world where shaming someone by sticking cop batons and flashlights up "perps" rectums jamming them through their colons and causing death are just a rite of passage in some urban police forces.
Just like causing a family's Sunday ride is destroyed when the fucking undercover cop perp helped to instigate the violence by smashing their window and allowing the assaulters to beat the living shit out of the driver as his wife and kid watched.
I know there are fantastic police who care out there, but I think there are cunts like this on many forces.

This thread is useless without pictures.
|by Anonymous||reply 32||11/11/2013|
So who is going to pay hospital bill? That's a small fortune's worth of procedures.
The hospital is now hounding the victim to pay the bill. Seriously. And don't think a court case would be an easy win for him -- I've read a number of articles that claim this treatment is perfectly legal under Supreme Court rulings.
|by Anonymous||reply 33||11/11/2013|
What kind of hospital has doctors with this kind of free time on their hands?
Well after this little medical examination (multiple ones, actually), they had [italic]something[/italic] on their hands!
|by Anonymous||reply 34||11/11/2013|
READ THE CARD! READ THE CARD!
|by Anonymous||reply 35||11/11/2013|
If I knew I could sue and win, I might hope for the same thing to happen to me. If only to make enough to go on vacation.
|by Anonymous||reply 36||11/11/2013|
They could've just given him some GoLitely and waited about 15 minutes.
|by Anonymous||reply 37||11/11/2013|
Three enemas? After nothing showed up on x-rays? What probable cause did they have to believe he was some kind of drug mule? Because he looked as if he needed to take a big shit? Good lord, what it must take to be a cop in that state.
|by Anonymous||reply 38||11/11/2013|
I'm getting horny just reading that story.
|by Anonymous||reply 39||11/11/2013|
Suddenly "stop and frisk" isn't looking so bad, huh?
|by Anonymous||reply 40||11/11/2013|
Facists troll at R27, people still have rights y'know.
The police are obviously the bad guys here, but the physicians should have told the cops to go fuck themselves. They also have some blame.
|by Anonymous||reply 42||11/11/2013|
Just to be precise, r1, a colonoscopy is deemed out-patient surgery.
|by Anonymous||reply 43||11/11/2013|
r27 really needs to be mistaken for a gun-wielding drug-dealer when he's alone some dark night on a highway.
|by Anonymous||reply 44||11/11/2013|
HTH did a cop detect "clenching his buttocks"??
Fascist Mengele lies throughout this entire disgusting evil event.
|by Anonymous||reply 45||11/11/2013|
these cops should be arrested for violating this man's human rights.
|by Anonymous||reply 46||11/11/2013|
R46 and for not providing us hot video of that violation
|by Anonymous||reply 47||11/11/2013|
Clenched buttocks = Hot ass to fuck
|by Anonymous||reply 48||11/11/2013|
Just to be precise, [R1], a colonoscopy is deemed out-patient surgery.
It's an outpatient procedure. It's not surgery unless they remove something, like a polyp or tissue for biopsy.
|by Anonymous||reply 49||11/11/2013|
Sounds like he really pissed them off. Maybe he beat the charges a few times and they decided to make him pay.
How can you do a colonoscopy on someone who refuses consent?
|by Anonymous||reply 50||11/11/2013|
Wasn't this a 90's porn film?
|by Anonymous||reply 51||11/11/2013|
In America? Rights? You must be kidding. We live in a police state.
And if you are African American, you have been living in a police state your entire life.
I hate this country.
|by Anonymous||reply 52||11/11/2013|
Well someone has an obvious bdsm scat fetish.
|by Anonymous||reply 53||11/11/2013|
This would never happen in a city like New York. The police dept. is painfully aware of the financial windfall for the victim of rights violations. Let's not mention the damage to careers of higher ups who are ultimately responsible for having it occur on their watch. Someone will be held accountable for the bleed out of millions of dollars. Litigious citizens do right by all of us.
|by Anonymous||reply 55||11/11/2013|
So, 53, which country is truly free?
Evidence is surfacing that North Korea recently executed eight people before an audience of 10,000.
Why? The executed were accused of watching South Korean TV.
Can you imagine being executed like that...as entertainment? They were in a stadium...like the gladiators.
|by Anonymous||reply 56||11/11/2013|
R27, does that kind of obvious trolling illicit the response for which you hunger? You do know that anyone falling for your tricks makes one an unworthy opponent, no? Why do you bother? Are you drinking or something?
|by Anonymous||reply 57||11/11/2013|
I'm getting an enema as I type this
|by Anonymous||reply 58||11/11/2013|
So, this guy gets a variety of men to play in his ass AND he gets $1.6 million. Where do I sign up?
|by Anonymous||reply 59||01/17/2014|
Not to blame the victim, but did it occur to this guy at any point to request a lawyer before submitting to a search?
|by Anonymous||reply 60||01/17/2014|
Just out of curiosity, is a colonoscopy Medicare Part A or B?
|by Anonymous||reply 61||01/17/2014|
at least they were thorough
|by Anonymous||reply 62||01/17/2014|
The hospital is now hounding the victim to pay the bill.
Oh fuck that! They illegally perform a warrantless search on the guy and then they expect him to pay for it? Jerks!
|by Anonymous||reply 63||01/17/2014|
he should send them a bag of shit with a note saying 'take it out of my civil rights fuckers'. Yours Mr Sore Ass Esq
