I don't understand

When Dorothy moved out, why did she tell the roommates - including her mother - that they were her sisters?

Did she just rent the cassette of "Chinatown"?

Drunk posting Golden Girls threads? I thought we discussed this.

Seriously, whenever I watch that episode I see it as more Bea talking to Rue, Betty and Estelle, rather than Dorothy speaking to Blanche, Rose and her mother. Ending of a show, or even one actor leaving, must be very emotional.

Lmao OP

It was a reference to a cut scene in the final episode in which Dorothy finally comes to terms with the fact that she is actually Filomena Bosco's daughter, and realizes that though she can no longer look on Sophia as a mother, she does love her like a sister.

She didn't move out, she was taken by a tornado.
