Straight or gay, any race or ethnicity, fit or fat, all across the world, tell us one thing you love about men. It could be a look, a trait, an attitude, or something else.
Gay Men: What is the one thing you love about other men?
|by Anonymous||reply 94||12/30/2013|
Wit and a jaundiced world view.
|by Anonymous||reply 1||10/28/2013|
Dick and pubic hair
|by Anonymous||reply 2||10/28/2013|
Men just tend to have thicker skin and are more emotionally stable. Not always, I've met some tough women and plenty of fragile men but overall as a more blunt no bullshit personality type men are much easier for me to deal with.
I love women, but I wouldn't want to be straight personally.
|by Anonymous||reply 3||10/28/2013|
A clean, bleached anus.
|by Anonymous||reply 4||10/28/2013|
They know how to just relax and have fun.
|by Anonymous||reply 5||10/28/2013|
I will agree with R3 and add that I like the way men think. Again, it's a gross generalization but men don't bullshit with clusterfuck mindgames like some women do when they talk to you. Men literally think differently. Men, on average, say what they mean or they don't say anything at all. You don't have to "decipher" and interpret the hidden meanings and analyze the implications or subtle cues the way you have to with women.
|by Anonymous||reply 6||10/28/2013|
Men are just naturally hot (facial and body hair, muscles in all of the right places). I love that men can go into the wild (without shaving or showering or grooming) and come back looking even hotter. Yum.
|by Anonymous||reply 7||10/28/2013|
Manlove bump. A thread devoted to the positive of men (not negativity of any sort).
|by Anonymous||reply 8||10/28/2013|
I love the way men look. All of it - the whole package, including the package.
|by Anonymous||reply 9||10/28/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 10||10/28/2013|
It's weird but I really melt whenever I see a man being great with his kid. Gentle, instructive, nurturing, playful -- it just gets to me.
What do I care if a guy is a good father? It's not like I'm in the market to reproduce with someone.
Physically? Big, beautiful, manly hands do it for me. Along with every other square inch of a hot guy.
|by Anonymous||reply 11||10/28/2013|
men are male.
well, the men *I LIKE* take a cuff on the jaw and walk away laughing. women are more reflective about things like that, and that's a good thing, but that is what I find ATTRACTIVE about men I like.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||10/28/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 13||10/28/2013|
Fur: hands, arms, legs, ass, back, I don't care. I love fur.
|by Anonymous||reply 14||10/28/2013|
me too. and muscular forearms
|by Anonymous||reply 15||10/28/2013|
I love the way men put their hands behind their head, puff out their stomach, and let out a sigh of satisfaction after a good meal (especially if I have made the meal).
|by Anonymous||reply 16||10/28/2013|
A firm ass, a sense of humor, not taking themselves too seriously and that determination that emerges when they face a challenge hey know they can overcome.
|by Anonymous||reply 17||10/28/2013|
a hairy taint.
|by Anonymous||reply 18||10/28/2013|
Narrow hips and the slightly elevated temperature.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||10/29/2013|
A hairy body and a tight douched ass.
|by Anonymous||reply 20||10/29/2013|
Oh? Well, I'm just the opposite. I love a tight man. A tight man with cast-iron pecs... thighs that could choke a bear... and a butt you could eat breakfast off of... then the two of us would... [pauses briefly, snaps back to reality] Rose, when did you get in?
|by Anonymous||reply 21||10/29/2013|
[quote]What do I care if a guy is a good father? It's not like I'm in the market to reproduce with someone.
It has to do with your own father. Was he gentle and nurturing with you?
|by Anonymous||reply 22||10/29/2013|
A huge, round womanly ass and wide hips. Beautiful feminine face. Hairless.
|by Anonymous||reply 23||10/29/2013|
lots of money
|by Anonymous||reply 24||10/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 25||10/29/2013|
r22 -- I'm not sure that's true. My father was far from the nurturing type, but I'm also really drawn to men who are good, patient, nurturing fathers. And I'm sure you're going to say that I'm drawn to it because that's what I DIDN'T have. I just think it's sexy to show responsibility and patience and concern for others. A good looking, good dad drives me wild.
|by Anonymous||reply 26||10/29/2013|

R6 is naive like a child.
|by Anonymous||reply 28||10/29/2013|
They have hair on their toes.
|by Anonymous||reply 29||10/29/2013|
I love that shit eating grin a guy gets when he takes his cock out. I think it's so hot.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||10/29/2013|
A huge flaming red bush It gets me every time
|by Anonymous||reply 31||10/29/2013|
The treasure trail is way up there.
|by Anonymous||reply 32||10/29/2013|
R31 = Moses
|by Anonymous||reply 33||10/29/2013|
I'm sad for all the gold-diggers infesting this thread. It will never be enough, you know.
|by Anonymous||reply 34||10/29/2013|
Rich men never have time.
|by Anonymous||reply 35||10/29/2013|
What I love most about men is their overall lack of drama. (Note: this does not apply to our resident mincing prisspots.) I have plenty of female friends, but at the same time I am VERY glad I don't have to be married to one of them. Even though most of my oldest group of friends, the ones I've known since college, are now in their late 30s and early 40s, the women in it STILL act like fucking high schoolers sometimes, whether it's ridiculous overreactions to perceived slights, bizarrely competitive relationships with their female friends, or in some cases their *complete* inability to *ever* MAKE UP THEIR GODDAMN MINDS.
And don't even get me started on the ones who are single, childless and FREAKING THE FUCK OUT about their "biological clocks." Actually, never mind: the married ones are just as bad, because for some reason the majority of my female friends chose to hold off on having kids until at least their late 30s. They practically *seethe* with jealousy at our one friend who is apparently as fertile as a dog in heat, and popped out THREE kids -- STARTING at the age of 41 -- after getting pregnant EACH TIME in under six weeks, without any artificial help.
And REALLY don't get me started on the one who, at the age of 42, STILL cannot fucking decide whether she's bi or gay, never mind a ten-year-long series of epically disastrous relationships with men. She's trying to get pregnant, too -- in her case with a 26-year-old fuckbuddy, of all things -- and has had three miscarriages thus far (each of which has sent her spiraling into a months-long depression, as if NO ONE ON EARTH can understand her unique and special pain ... of losing a pea-size fetus, never mind that 25% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage).
|by Anonymous||reply 36||10/29/2013|
What I DON'T love about other men (in this case, gay men) is amply seen on this thread: an utter obsession with looks and cock size.
|by Anonymous||reply 37||10/29/2013|
Sexual self confidence.
|by Anonymous||reply 38||10/29/2013|
The majority of my close friends are straight men and the lack of drama is just so fucking nice. And I love the ability to just say what's on your mind without a bunch of hidden meanings and subtext.
|by Anonymous||reply 39||10/29/2013|
R36, this thread is about what you like about men, not what you hate about women.
|by Anonymous||reply 40||10/29/2013|
Their body aromas. While I love the male body's perceivable musks, I imagine it's actually male pheromones (odorless) that really pull me in.
|by Anonymous||reply 41||10/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 42||10/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 43||10/29/2013|
I like a good kind man with a good joyful heart. Yes, women can have that but I like it from a man.
|by Anonymous||reply 44||10/29/2013|
R39, there are hidden meaning and subtext: you are just not picking up on it.
|by Anonymous||reply 45||10/29/2013|
Emotional distance. Women, no matter what they say, are controlled by their emotions at all the wrong times. All the professional women I have known are like that. Men can, if smart and self aware, be more reasonable. That is why nelly queens are unattractive. They remind me of high school girls. And their emotions were all over the place.
When I was in high school one of reasons I turned to boys was lack of drama. Clean, dirty, stupid, smart-men don't let themselves get to entangled. They are free from chaos.Freedom is a very attractive quality. I think they reason people hate gay people is because we represent freedom. Freedom when conformity and social pressure. They envy us. And so want to do us harm.
|by Anonymous||reply 46||10/29/2013|
I like flat chests too. That's why I resent all these "pecs that stick out threads." I think they are started by bisexuals.
|by Anonymous||reply 47||10/29/2013|
[quote]I think they reason people hate gay people is because we represent freedom. Freedom when conformity and social pressure.
Oh, dear. And oh, FUCK.
|by Anonymous||reply 48||10/29/2013|
The slow way they move and the thickness of their bodies. Bulk.
|by Anonymous||reply 49||10/29/2013|
R48- should be freedom from- that's my fault- if you are commenting on what I said I have no problem with that.
|by Anonymous||reply 50||10/29/2013|
The smell of their armpits and the urgency of their sex drive. Looks have nothing to do with it.
|by Anonymous||reply 51||10/29/2013|
I think a two men together make each other happier and stronger without overshadowing each other.
When a man is in a relationship with a woman, like a succubus she will exhaust him of his creativity and vitality, leaving behind a dull, uninspired shell of a man. But he subjects himself willingly to her. Such is the power of the pussy. I have to admire her abilities thought. Women almost always have the upper hand in a hetero union. This is the reason I find heterosexual men to be so uninteresting.
|by Anonymous||reply 52||10/29/2013|
totally agree with R52
|by Anonymous||reply 53||10/29/2013|
They aren't afraid to apologize when they're wront. Oh wait, they are afraid to apologize when they're wrong.
|by Anonymous||reply 54||10/29/2013|
The one thing I have always found fascinating is that women have never truly been able to use the power of the pussy for their own gain in any truly meaningful way. Probably because women, really don't like each other.
|by Anonymous||reply 55||10/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 56||10/29/2013|
I just like the way guys carry themselves. I saw two seemingly straight guys on the LIRR last night, happy to run into each other and just talking, laughing, bullshitting about the Series or bars they know...
Relaxed and friendly. I imagined that later they kissed and sucked each other off, just two buds who were digging each other.
Not demi-gods or unattainable. Just normal.
|by Anonymous||reply 57||10/29/2013|
Masculine proportions, especially shoulders to waist. I can appreciate it in almost any man. A big V-taper and I'm putty in his hands.
|by Anonymous||reply 58||10/29/2013|
Fascinating that so many of the responses here denigrate women instead of just posting what's great about men.
If you asked a bunch of straight women what they LOVE about men, they wouldn't mention women at all because their attraction to men doesn't have anything to do with, or depend on, hatred of women.
|by Anonymous||reply 59||10/29/2013|
I like men who are straight, married and cheating on their unsuspecting wives with me.
That's the only type of men I like, because they have proven their virility by marrying a woman and fathering children, as opposed to pathetic faggots like me, who are there to serve real men like only whores can do.
I love it when a man slaps me during a hard, violent fuck session and tells me "cunt, not even my slut of a girlfriend will do that!". It makes me feel great!
|by Anonymous||reply 60||10/29/2013|
R60 sounds like Ed White in 1962.
|by Anonymous||reply 61||10/29/2013|
White men with yellow skin.
|by Anonymous||reply 62||10/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 63||10/29/2013|
I love that most gays will happily give you a blow job and then act greatful! What a world.
Oh, I see that bizarre weirdo who ONLY talks about his gross "yellow skin" fetish is here. What's with her?
|by Anonymous||reply 64||10/29/2013|
I rather like the yellow skin troll. He (you are a he, aren't you?) is an institution here. A yellow, troll-y sort of institution.
|by Anonymous||reply 65||10/29/2013|
R59- I find it amusing that women still seeany form of opinion about them to be demeaning.
R52 I agree with you. All the married guys I know are controlled by their women. They would be loathe to admit it, but it is true. I would never be controlled by another man. We would be equals. Men and women can never be equals.
|by Anonymous||reply 66||10/30/2013|
I like that men think like me and get me. I find that I perplex or confuse women, they don't really understand me. I like that guys don't have as much hangups about sex. They just go with it.
|by Anonymous||reply 67||10/30/2013|
Strength, emotional and physical. My father was a man like that. He never complained or hid behind fear, whatever he needed to do he did it. Also he still showed vulnerability and kindness when it came to my sisters and me. That is what exactly I want in a man. Oh, and a big dick and bank account is great too!
|by Anonymous||reply 68||10/30/2013|
I love the sex
|by Anonymous||reply 69||10/30/2013|
R59= Useless gash
|by Anonymous||reply 70||10/30/2013|
Men's necks can be particularly attractive to me.
|by Anonymous||reply 71||10/30/2013|
R59, you silly and deluded cunt, women spend most of their pretending to prepare themselves to be attractive to men while actually thinking about how they'll look for other women. AND you're right that they wouldn't talk about other women if asked what they like about men. They would spend all their time talking about themselves, because that's all women do, while pretending their fountains of love are anything but projectile yeast infections from bad hygiene.
|by Anonymous||reply 72||10/30/2013|
LOL. Stuck a nerve, huh R72?
|by Anonymous||reply 73||10/30/2013|
Men are more likely to get right to the point and not play mind games with you. Women are more manipulative, usually in a passive-aggressive kind of way. And women break out the water works when it serves their purpose, but otherwise claim they want to be treated as an equal.
|by Anonymous||reply 74||10/31/2013|
This thread is supposed to be about what you love about other men. That men are not women is not the point, nitwits.
|by Anonymous||reply 75||10/31/2013|
r75 DL is obsessed with women, so of course the thread would veer towards there.
|by Anonymous||reply 76||10/31/2013|
R36 R75 etc... they say that homophobes are repressing their own homosexuality, so, by extension...
|by Anonymous||reply 77||10/31/2013|
r77 LOL. That is true.
|by Anonymous||reply 78||10/31/2013|
Muscles and team sports
|by Anonymous||reply 79||10/31/2013|
Their ability to put aside aggression when in the presence of a another man they trust, and open up with genuine affection. Threads like the one I linked are what I love about men, and what I love about being a man.
|by Anonymous||reply 80||11/05/2013|
Sexual confidence and a swagger.
|by Anonymous||reply 81||12/29/2013|
Besides the male form? Strength, kindness mixed in with male sex drive.
|by Anonymous||reply 82||12/29/2013|
I'm a leg man. It's so frustrating because men tend to keep their legs and butts covered up most of the time. I always have to wait until it's summer to indulge my fetish of admiring thighs, glutes, hams and calves.
|by Anonymous||reply 83||12/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 84||12/29/2013|
The whole deal. A nice face and body all the way down to their toes. A kind, yet tough personality helps.
|by Anonymous||reply 85||12/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 86||12/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 87||12/29/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 88||12/30/2013|
That they're there.
|by Anonymous||reply 89||12/30/2013|
r72 - you love men's "easygoing passion" yet then you exhibit the exact opposite of this quality with a tirade denigrating women.
Since your post was the exact opposite of "easygoing passion"...
I assume this means that you yourself are a woman and are self loathing?
|by Anonymous||reply 90||12/30/2013|
that they are not women
|by Anonymous||reply 91||12/30/2013|
R82 sums it up pretty nicely. There's nothing more beautiful and sexier than a man's raw masculinity and physical power combined with a caring, sweet and loving personality, plus lots of sex.
|by Anonymous||reply 92||12/30/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 93||12/30/2013|
thickness. eyebrows, necks, waists, wrists and dicks. all good when when thick.
