I've not seen it. It certainly can't match the level of The Single Guy, can it?

Oh, you were a peach, "Caroline". But you were no "Veronica's Closet".

It's okay to assume the OP is being funny, right?

Sean must have sharted when he heard that NBC killed "Ironside" after only four episodes.

Suddenly Susan survived several seasons.

"Boston Common" was a work of unheralded genuis.

I watched a little bit of the show this week because Robert Gant played Sean's date. The writing was weak. It was honestly more irritating than funny. Hayes' character was very similar to Jack McFarlane only not funny.

Four seasons. First season had it on Thursdays Must See TV.
The other three seasons Warner Brothers made the renewal of NBC getting ER, was having them renew Suddenly Susan for at least 3 years.
No Suddenly Susan, No ER
The minute the 3 year pact was over, NBC killed Suddenly Susan.

I only watched it to see Linda Lavin.

This "Sean" show isn't nearly as humorous as "The Naked Truth". That was truly must-see tee-vee.

Bring back "Square Pegs".
