I have a lot of fresh pineapple. Anyone have some good recipes? Smoothies?

Cut up the flesh and cube them then freeze. They freeze well.

Blend frozen pineapple to yogurt smoothies or cook the cubed pineapple with brown sugar use as a topping for vanilla ice cream.

Don't listen to R1 who is clearly stuck in the 90s. "Juicing" is pure sugar. Throw them into a blender with some greens, coconut milk and almond butter for a healthy green smoothie.

Cube and freeze. Thaw and eat two cubes a night. The men who suck you off will thank you.

Sautée with butter in medium heat skillet and serve with veggies, over rice, it's quite nice!

OP writes,

[quote]I have a lot of fresh pineapple. Anyone have some good recipes?

Make a pineapple cheesecake.

One in a 9-inch springform pan.

With 32 ounces of cream cheese. With egg yolks. With sugar and flour. With a graham cracker crust. Or flour. Graham cracker is better. Make it a thick crust. Use the cut-up pineapple and some juice.

Bake according to the recipe. Let it firm in the refrigerator for two days prior to cutting and serving.

DON'T put 'em in jello.
