Madonna nominated for the 2014 Songwriters Hall of Fame

Madonna, John Mellencamp and Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page and Robert Plant are among the nominees for the 2014 Songwriters Hall of Fame.

The Songwriters Hall of Fame gave The Associated Press a list of nominees in advance of the official announcement, set for Thursday.

Eligible voters have until December 16th to pick two nominees from the songwriter-performer list and three from the nonperformer list. The 2014 Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis on June 12th.

by Anonymousreply 9710/18/2013

The Hall of Fame committee are aware that Madonna can't write a song by herself to save her life, right?

by Anonymousreply 110/09/2013

Will Stephen Bray come forward again and expose her for writing none of the songs he produced yet still took credit?

by Anonymousreply 210/09/2013

Oh my god. Poor Jimmy Page and Robert Plant - two rock and roll songwriting gods. I even have to toss a bit of sympathy to Johnny Cougar, the poor bastard (a relationship with Meg Ryan is punishment enough). Whether you like their music or not, they are actual song writers.

Vadge just changes a word here and there and forces the real writers to give her their credibility and their money. The haggy old sow can barely strum a guitar convincingly and she's been nominated for a hall of fame spot as a song writer?

by Anonymousreply 310/09/2013

I love New York

Other cities make me feel like a dork.

by Anonymousreply 410/09/2013

In order to be nominated, shouldn't you be able to have sharp songwriting skills? Let's be honest, Madonna is no Liz Phair, Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush, etc. It's a joke that she is even being considered for this nomination. None of the people I know who are fans of hers love her for her songwriting. That's the last thing they mention when discussing her music.

by Anonymousreply 510/09/2013

I love all the demos that were done by others and given to her keep leaking out showing that she merely changed a word or a sentence to get credit and get royalties.

by Anonymousreply 610/09/2013

Keep in mind you unnatural hags that if Madonna does indeed change a word and calls a song her own, the songwriter is perfectly capable of saying "no, bitch." Whitney and Elvis tried to buy I Will Always Love You and Dolly was adamant and said fuck off.

by Anonymousreply 710/09/2013

R7, I think the bigger point is that she is just not a great songwriter. Even if you consider the songs she has written, she's not great, not even close.

by Anonymousreply 810/09/2013

@ R7, Elvis yes, but Whitney never tried to take credit for other people's songs.

by Anonymousreply 910/09/2013

Good grief. Even just the nomination surely tarnishes the credibility and prestige of the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

I like Madonna fine. As an entertainer. She is by no stretch of the imagination an exceptional songwriter.

by Anonymousreply 1010/09/2013

R7 Dolly was an established artist in her own right and already had money in the bank when she told Elvis no.

In short, she could afford to pass.

by Anonymousreply 1110/09/2013

Led Zepplin wrote kiddy nursery rhymes for devil worshiping stoners. Madonna has had many #1 singles in her career. She better go in before those old men in Led Zepplin. It's a joke if she doesn't.

by Anonymousreply 1210/09/2013

R12 I like both Madonna and Led ZEPPELIN but in all fairness, it was Madonna who had an album called "Bedtime Stories."

by Anonymousreply 1310/09/2013

I don't understand the argument " she has so many hits!". Since when is songwriting quality indicated by number of hits?

by Anonymousreply 1410/09/2013

This is why all these awards and halls of fame are meaningless. It seems if you're really successful/popular, you get in. No one in the "panel" seems to care if someone is a shitty songwriter and thief/phony like Vadge. Mellancamp's songs suck too but at least he's authentic.

Vadge's numerous awards and honors demonstrate how fucked up and pointless hollywood has become.

Anyone who knows the truth about Vadge knows that all "her best songs" were written by other people and she added or changed 1 word to get credit. The songs with very poor lyrics are obviously her own work.

by Anonymousreply 1510/09/2013

You queens are just fucking jealous that I not only look fabulous for a woman in her forties but am talented as well.

by Anonymousreply 1610/09/2013

The clutch of Queens her who hate Madonna are going to hate this news.

I think the Hallwriter's Hall of Fame board knows a lot more about Madonna than the DL whores on this board.

The DL whores here spread innuendos, rumours, with not much to back it up. Oh, and the girl who keeps posting a list of lawsuits Madonna has been involved in--why not post the ones on the list that were thrown out of court? Anyone can sue anyone in America and it has been done to Madonna dozens of time So fuck, off, you gaggle of bitching anti-Madonna queens. You've gotten your comeuppance, finally!

by Anonymousreply 1710/09/2013

R17 most of her lawsuits haven't been thrown out of court. She's had to pay up or settle out of court plenty of times.

The HOF board either doesn't know or they don't care. You can continue believing the myth that your precious Vadge is a true artiste who creates and writes her own original work if you want to, but the rest of us know better.

by Anonymousreply 1810/09/2013

Madge wants an Oscar not some fucking Hall of Fame plaque.

by Anonymousreply 1910/09/2013

I like to singysingysingy!!

by Anonymousreply 2010/09/2013

Speaking of Dolly, is she in the hall of fame? If not, she should be.

by Anonymousreply 2110/09/2013

I still can't believe she got in to the R&RHOF on the first ballot.

by Anonymousreply 2210/09/2013

LOL@ R15! This turd floats around every now and then and declares, "ANYone who KNOWS about Madonna KNOWS that she...".

Pudgy, pimply-faced R15 writes this from his mother's basement adorned with Lady Gaga posters. R15 is emblematic of all that is wrong with DL, silly troll.

by Anonymousreply 2310/09/2013

R18, why don't you come back here with the list of lawsuits thrown out of court. Why don't you do that, or would you rather just continue to squat and shit.

by Anonymousreply 2410/09/2013

I enjoy Madonna's lyrics and music but this accolade seems hollow.

by Anonymousreply 2510/09/2013

Why would you put Madonna, much as I respect her career, against legendary artists?

by Anonymousreply 2610/09/2013

The example from R7 is a poor one anyway - Elvis's manager didn't try to get Elvis a fake composer credit on Dolly's song, he tried to get a piece of the publishing and it was for Coat of Many Colors.

It was presumably the overwhelming attention to Whitney's cover that prompted Parton's much later mistaken recollection as to the song title.

Elvis gave thumbs down to fake composer credits in the 50s (after getting a handful) when it was brought to his attention by an interviewer. He replied candidly that he didn't write and hadn't written any songs and the practice ended.

by Anonymousreply 2710/10/2013

The Vadge stan troll in here is an idiot. Let's about a BIG one...the "Justify My Love" lawsuit WAS NOT thrown out. Vadge and Lenny Kravitz tried to steal the song from a Prince protege named Ingrid Chavez. She had to sue to get writing credit for it (which unfairly was listed as co-). Kravitz and Vadge hardly changed any words of the original poem.

Vadge was sued by the son of an artist from whose work Vadge stole her entire video concept for "Hollywood". She settled out of court AKA PAYING UP. On top of that, she clearly stole the beat for the song from a Public Enemy song.

Vadge's song "Frozen" is banned from airwaves in Belgium after a Belgian songwriter successfully sued her for ripping him off.

Vadge fucking BOUGHT the lyrics of a Gap commercial for her song "Sky Fits Heaven". Some songwriter she is!

I could go on and on about the times this sham has ripped people off.

The best lawsuit is the one she again settled out of court for ASSAULTING A CHILD. Yup, she paid her ass up in that case too.

Listen, silly Vadge stan, We know you're some bitter, single old queen living in a 1 room apartment adorned with Vadge memorabilia from the 80s and 90s. We know you foolishly continue to support this lying, thieving fraud by buying all her singles, albums and attending her lame concerts. You're blinded by your standom.

by Anonymousreply 2810/10/2013

I like how R28 only references 4 out of hundreds of songs by Vadge.

by Anonymousreply 2910/10/2013

Agreed, R29. I also think it's worth a mention that the Frozen lawsuit is crap. He sued her over the opening bars - go listen to both songs, if you have a doubt and come back and say they are similar with a straight face (Hint: They're not).

by Anonymousreply 3010/10/2013

How can anyone believe she's a real songwriter? It's laughable.

by Anonymousreply 3110/10/2013

R28 is clearly blinded by his anti-Madonna hatred. He posts lies like the Belgium lie (really--BELGIUM? You can't do better than BELGIUM??)

No amount of his unsubstantiated abuse will change the fact that after a 30 year career which is still going strong, Madonna is the richest and most accoladed pop star in the history of planet Earth. And little shitstains like R28 with their endless wailing and caterwauling to a great, empty space is never going to change that.

But cry on, R28. Your wailings amuse us.

by Anonymousreply 3210/10/2013

R32 who cares if she's successful when her career is built on lies, fraud, theft and being a whore? Empty achievements, since that's how she got to where she is.

The Vadge stans are delusional and sad creatures.

by Anonymousreply 3310/10/2013

R33, it seems to the rest of us that you wrote the book on being delusional.

by Anonymousreply 3410/10/2013

I'm not that Aisha nut (or whoever that is who claims Madonna stole every single idea from her incredible mind) but Madonna's plagiarism is well known.

"Ray of Light" is essentially a cover tune. Madonna changed a couple of words around to get co writing credit and passed it off as her own.

"Rescue Me" is a rewrite of Dee Lite's Power of Love.

"Jump" and "Don't Tell me" were Joe Henry songs. Again, she changed a couple of words to get credit. Even Henry (who's her own brother in law) has said this.

"Give Me all your love" was the most recent one. I can't remember the artist who came out and claimed that the song was an almost word for word ripoff of hers.

It's obvious when Madonna does write her own songs. They're incredibly simplistic lyrics, and she's well known for using the same rhymes in different songs.

So I guess you could call her a songwriter, somewhat.

by Anonymousreply 3510/10/2013

R35, no, I guess they could call you a liar, somewhat. Come back here when you have a link to every piece of Madonna slander you have spewed here that provides evidence of your claim. Otherwise, wail at the moon.

by Anonymousreply 3610/10/2013

I don't have to provide any links to justify your sad self.

Madonna stans amuse me, given how she has always treated her fans. Denial isn't just a river in Egypt!

by Anonymousreply 3710/10/2013

Madonna stole the video for This Used To Be My Playground from Boy George.

by Anonymousreply 3810/10/2013

Good god don't you people know anyone in the music industry? It's not uncommon for producers to hand over a track to an artist to write their own lyrics and melodies for. It's a collaboration. Madge has taken songwriting credit for some songs that she didn't deserve but most of her catalog is stuff she wrote with her producers.

by Anonymousreply 3910/10/2013

When I hear Lady Gaga's songs I can totally picture Madge singing every one of them. It must destroy her that this young girl takes what she does and spins it into gold. When she herself hasn't been relevant for years, except to young gay bois in Serbia.

by Anonymousreply 4010/10/2013

In regard to the virulent anti-Madonna threads here on DL, I don't think we've ever seen a situation like this before where you can say anything, do anything, have no facts, no research, no nothing and you can launch a hate-driven bigoted assault on one of the most succesful pop stars in history.

Thankfully, it is merely a few DL posters who take advantage of the anonymity here to spew their incomprehensible hatred. The rest of the world has given Madonna a thumbs-up on a lucrative career that has spanned 30+ years and continues.

Who has done that other than Elton and Mick? Few others and certainly not Janet or GaGa.

by Anonymousreply 4110/10/2013

If they let Madonna in then they should go, "Wait...!" and fast track Lady Gaga in first because at least she's a songwriter, okay?

by Anonymousreply 4210/10/2013

gaga writes trash asshole.

by Anonymousreply 4310/10/2013

R41, there was a thread on here where a poster said he knew the guy who wrote crazy for you. He told some story of how Madonna weasled her way into getting a songwriting credit for the song. It turns out she's not even listed as a songwriter on it.

by Anonymousreply 4410/10/2013
Few others and certainly not Janet or GaGa.

Well, Gaga has only just begun her career, and Janet is a legend who not only has legions of fans, but her stamp is on nearly every pop artist who graces the Hot 100, from Britney to Rihanna, so your point is null and void.

by Anonymousreply 4510/10/2013

lmao at the lazy Vadge stans who want can use google. All the lying, cheating and stealing this broad has done over the years can easily be found online. Why do her crazy stans believe she's some amazing artiste? She treats them like shit yet they continually put her fraudulent self up on a pedestal. So sad.

BTW REAL artists and Vadge's peers Sade and Cyndi Lauper are also nominated this year. Hopefully those 2 TALENTED ladies get in.

by Anonymousreply 4610/10/2013

R45, you are right. The fucking NERVE of Madonna to wear a black coat with buttons on it onstage! Who does she think she is kidding? Thank you for your post. We all owe you a great deal, shitstain.

by Anonymousreply 4710/10/2013

Janet's career lasted, what, 12 years?

by Anonymousreply 4810/10/2013
The fucking NERVE of Madonna to wear a black coat with buttons on it onstage! Who does she think she is kidding? Thank you for your post.

Oh, it wasn't just the black coat, my dear. It was that entire militant rendition of "Holiday" from The Girlie Show. A COMPLETE "Rhythm Nation" rip-off (and a horrifically bad one, at that). I guess when her dancer told her in TRUTH OR DARE that her outfit was "Very Janet Jackson, Rhythm Nation", she took it to heart and decided to go to the next level.

by Anonymousreply 4910/10/2013

Really? Is that what you guess?

We guess that you are a mentally ill Madonna-obsessed dangerous sociopath living in a world full of only imaginary friends, like Janet Jackson.

And one other thing, give credit to the thousands of other succesful pop singers who made it on their own without riding the coat tails of their succesful brother.

I'll let you go now. I heard your door bell ringing. Must be your Janet dropping by to share a hit off your pipe.

by Anonymousreply 5010/10/2013
Janet's career lasted, what, 12 years?

Are you serious? Janet was in show biz when Madonna was just a trick and a ho-hopper in NYC. She began her career in 1973 and was a TV actress up until 1985, became a superstar in 1986 and is now regarded as one of the architects of the dance-pop genre of music. 12 years? You should have been embarrassed just typing that shit.

by Anonymousreply 5110/10/2013
And one other thing, give credit to the thousands of other succesful pop singers who made it on their own without riding the coat tails of their succesful brother.

What kind of head-up-your-ass fuckery is [italic]that[/italic] statement? Coattails of her fucking brother? You should be bitch-slapped for that stupid ass comment. Her last name may have gotten her in the door, but her talent is what made her one of the biggest female pop acts of the '80s/'90s/2000s. If MJ being a sibling guaranteed success, then why was she the only other Jackson to become a superstar? Hell, there was a point where Michael was coming to HER for help ("Scream", anyone?)...

by Anonymousreply 5210/10/2013

Oh that's right! She was the STAR of that Chicago ghetto-porn sitcom.

And no one ever danced and sang at the same time in the history of music. Once again, JANBOT, our hat's are off to you for reminding us all about Jan's unique contribution to the history of television and music. We owe you, doll, and we'll be sure to give it to you good.

by Anonymousreply 5310/10/2013

hats, of course

by Anonymousreply 5410/10/2013
our hat's

Oh Fucking Dear

by Anonymousreply 5510/10/2013

R55, always fashionably late to the party.

by Anonymousreply 5610/10/2013

I guess Janet sang behind a green screen first, too!

by Anonymousreply 5710/10/2013

Don't worry, R52, we scream everytime you post something, believe us.

by Anonymousreply 5810/10/2013

Our Miss Janet with an ass like a shelf! Fat, ugly, unemployed has-been without a recording contract, but with an ass-shelf full of Twinkies and Ding Dongs.

by Anonymousreply 5910/10/2013

What becomes a Legend most?

by Anonymousreply 6010/10/2013

Our FAVORITE Janet Jackson photo!

by Anonymousreply 6110/10/2013

Huh? What lazy eye?

by Anonymousreply 6210/10/2013

Oh, you don't want to go there with the less-than-flattering photos, R59, do you? Because there is a shit-load of pics of HAGdonna's ugly, old, osteoporosis-laden, stinky-worn-out-pussy, gap-toothed, gnarled and withered-hands visage out there on the internet. Bitch is UG-A-LAY!!

by Anonymousreply 6310/10/2013

It should be a crime to be this tore up from the floor up...

by Anonymousreply 6410/10/2013

Kill it with fire!!

by Anonymousreply 6510/10/2013
Fat, ugly, unemployed has-been without a recording contract

Honey, ugly is the wrong adjective to use when describing Queen Janet. Even you, with your inbred brain, should know that. On her worse day, she is ten times the beauty that Madonna is, was and will ever be. And fat is in the eye of the beholder. Janet has fluctuated with her weight, but if you've seen her recently (in Cannes, on various NYC red carpets, accepting an amfAR award seveal months ago), you'd know that she's in tip-top physical shape. As for unemployed, Janet is a billionairess. She's fabulously wealthy, and is now married to a man who is also fabulously wealthy. She is also in the process of recording a new album. So fuck you.

by Anonymousreply 6610/10/2013

push the button don't push the button change the station don't change the station....

life changing lyrics.

by Anonymousreply 6710/10/2013

I drive my Mini-Cooper and I'm feeling super-duper.

by Anonymousreply 6810/10/2013

Actually, it is a shame that Janet's last albums didn't sell at all and she went from one recording company to another, finally getting fired by all three.

I guess she just didn't keep up with the changes in style and music like Madonna. I guess she kept churning out the same old bouncy music sung in that little girl voice until millions of those of us who once listened to her finally said, WTF?

She had her day in the sun and has followed Sade, Anita, Jody and many other of her peers into "remember who" land. It's really a shame that she couldn't keep up with Madonna and create for 30+ years. Alas, I guess she just didn't have the talent in her. Actually, it is kind of a shame.

by Anonymousreply 6910/10/2013

How did Janet Jackson get into this thread? For someone so irrelevant, you sure can't stop talking about her.

At least Janet likes and respects her fans.

by Anonymousreply 7010/10/2013

Of course Janet likes and respects her fans. In fact in all of musicdom, she is the only singer who liked and respected her fans. We all know that. If you doubt it, just ask JanBot.

by Anonymousreply 7110/10/2013
Actually, it is a shame that Janet's last albums didn't sell at all and she went from one recording company to another, finally getting fired by all three.

Again, your cluelessness is highly embarrassing. All three? There were only two, doofus. After the multiplatinum-selling DAMITA JO, she had one last album left on her landmark Virgin Records contract. 20 YO, a platinum album, was that last album in that contract, and she left the company after that ON HER OWN ACCORD (no firing involved). She then went to Island Def Jam, and gave them a #1 album before bailing (again, on her own accord) because they were not giving her record the proper promotion.
I guess she just didn't keep up with the changes in style and music like Madonna

Well, if you mean she didn't blatantly rip people off for songs, or change a word or two in the lyrics to call a song her own, then I guess you're correct.
the same old bouncy music sung in that little girl voice until millions of those of us who once listened to her

Bitch, please. [italic]Once[/italic] listened to her? You know you still have two copies of the "janet." CD--one in your rinky-dink efficiency apartment and the other in your broke-down hoopty.
She had her day in the sun and has followed Sade, Anita, Jody and many other of her peers into "remember who" land.

Are you insane? Artists still not only sample Janet's music, but they also often cite her as one of their major influences. Various celebs are always Tweeting about her, and you can see her mark on pop music whenever one of these young pop tarts release new music or videos.
It's really a shame that she couldn't keep up with Madonna and create for 30+ years

As I said before, Janet is in the process of CREATING a new album overseas. She's been recording over the past several months. Her first album was released in 1982, so that would also be 30-plus years. But keep thinking otherwise if it helps you sleep at night.

by Anonymousreply 7210/10/2013

Dear readers---we need no further proof nor explanation that our dear and very own JANBOT is off her FUCKING ROCKER!

by Anonymousreply 7310/10/2013

R73, a hilarious post like that one just proves that you've been defeated. Now suck it up, get over it, bow down to the leader of the Rhythm Nation and...

by Anonymousreply 7410/10/2013

Papa Don't Preach!

by Anonymousreply 7510/10/2013

LOL yes, R75! Back then, everyone said how she stole from Sam Harris with Papa Don't Preach. The choruses to both songs are identical (much more than the fallacy that Lady Gaga's Born This Way mimicks Express Yourself).

by Anonymousreply 7610/10/2013

They are NOT identical you shitstain. Why don't you post a link to your song and let us determine it. You are so good and telling us what we SHOULD believe.

by Anonymousreply 7710/10/2013
They are NOT identical you shitstain

Um, yes they are. Maybe you weren't paying attention, but the song in question is called SUGAR DON'T BITE, is by Sam Harris, and is posted at R75. If you watch the video and pay attention to when the chorus comes up, you will hear him sing:

"Sugar don't BITE! Just take me far with you..."

It's the same cadence that Madonna sings in PDP:

"Papa don't PREACH! I'm in trouble deep..."

by Anonymousreply 7810/11/2013

Janbot, you really are something. When are you going to realize that this has nothing to do with Madonna and Janet, it has to do with publicly pulling the wings off a mental case like you.

You ARE mentally ill, Janbot. Once we realized it and realized that sticking you with an electrode named Madonna (could have been Elton, Britney, whatever) made you go crazy the most---the rest was easy.

You never fail to entertain, Janbot, and you never fail to walk into the trap. You walk into the trap over and over again because you are mentally ill and don't see the trap. We tap you with an electrode and send you back into the Twilight Zone, over and over again to relive your crazy nightmare.

To paraphrase Mrs. Margaret Whiting, "We are laughing at you! Laughing at you!"

Thanx beaucoup, mental case!

by Anonymousreply 7910/11/2013

You are a laugh riot, R79. I'm highly amused at feeble people like you who run out of verbal artillery very quickly, and then stoop to demeaning others just to deflect from the fact that you are weak in every way, shape and form. You, my friend, are the entertainment. And since you want to draw quotes, here's one for you...

by Anonymousreply 8010/11/2013

I'm surprised R80 didn't say: I'm rubber and you are glue. Everything you say about me, bounces off and sticks to you!

We pray for you, Janbot, we pray for your recovery---really we do. We want to stop laughing.

by Anonymousreply 8110/11/2013

Well, R81, since at this point in time you're the only douchebag going back and forth with me, it's quite obvious that you're truly the only one whose feathers are ruffled (and it's making me smile from ear to ear). The fact that you speedily retorted my earlier comment about how PAPA DON'T PREACH ripped off that Sam Harris song is very telling as well. What, were you up all night, trolling DL? Just waiting for this thread to be bumped again, [italic]knowing[/italic] that it would be me? And, again, it is us (certainly me) who are laughing at YOU.

by Anonymousreply 8210/11/2013

No doubt a serious clue to your diminished mental state is your belief that I---or anyone-- would "stay up all night" thinking about you or this thread.

You are ill, Janbot. The warning signs are in each of your posts. Get help. As for me, please stop writing to me. You have become a bothersome little twit. I leave you now and forever more in your silent, aberrant world.

by Anonymousreply 8310/11/2013

Aww, your sentiment is sweet, R83, but your post at R79, that was posted just under a half hour after my post at R78, screams TROLLING DL TO SEE WHAT JANBOT IS GOING TO SAY NEXT. You're a fan. Admit it. LOL.

by Anonymousreply 8410/11/2013

The Madbot is a nutcase.

You brought Janet and Lady Gaga into this thread when there was no need to. (Even though you're constantly claiming they're irrelevant, you can't stop speaking about them.) And now you're bitching because the Janbot is ripping you a new one?

Janbot may be nutty, but he doesn't come unless summoned. Madbot is just a humorless mess who has to invade every single thread on a female singer to remind people of how "relevant" the person he wants to ass lick is. It's only mode is to attack and pummel with PR driven "Statistics" and "FACTS"!

Send it hydrangeas!

by Anonymousreply 8510/11/2013
The Madbot is a nutcase.

Most definitely.

I love you, R85.

by Anonymousreply 8610/11/2013

He's mine. Pistols at dawn, R86.

by Anonymousreply 8710/11/2013

If a priest can be a marriage counselor then Madge can be a songwriter.

by Anonymousreply 8810/11/2013

The old cunt has once again proved what a thoughtless bitch she is. She was being disrespectful and texting during a movie premiere, and when someone called her out on it, she said, "It's for business - enslaver!"

Wow, this cunt really is a fucking delusional bitch who thinks the world revolves around her. Someone should have told her to shove her phone up her ass. Nothing worse than a spoiled rich cunt who thinks rules don't apply to them.

by Anonymousreply 8910/11/2013

I was texting during "12 Years A Slave" which was, you know, not interesting or heart-rending or an important movie or anything.

I'm so busy and sought after, it was a good time to get some work done - ENSLAVERS.

by Anonymousreply 9010/11/2013

The Vadgestan bot is out of control and delusional as always. Vadge is no real songwriter and her "quality" songs are either written mostly by her co-writers or she stole them from others.

JanBot, I love you. You're so entertaining and fun. Please don't let the h8ers get to you! Keep doing you, boo!

by Anonymousreply 9110/11/2013

Led Zeppelin were amazing. They wrote and performed some of my favorite songs of all time: Stairway To Heaven, In My Time Of Dying, Kashmir, Achilles Last Stand, All My Love, For Your Life, Rock And Roll, The Immigrant Song, Black Dog, Battle Of Evermore, Dancin' Days, The Ocean, No Quarter, The Song Remains The Same, Ten Years Gone, Trampled Underfoot, Wearing & Tearing, In The Evening, I'm Gonna Crawl, Since I've Been Loving You, Tea For One, That's The Way, Celebration Day, The Rain Song, Over The Hills And Far Away and tons more.
