And the haters can fuck off.

Including the alleged "member of the academy" who's probably trying to get wedged out of the door to his basement as we speak.

Kick Ass 2 was very disappointing. There was so much wrong with it that it retained none of the charm of the first.

by Anonymousreply 308/18/2013

I haven't seen it, but I'm surprised at Kick-Ass 2's floppage.

by Anonymousreply 408/18/2013

I'm more surprised about "We're the Millers." Guess this means we can expect to see Jen Aniston stripping in more movies.

by Anonymousreply 508/18/2013

Like a Tyler Perry movie. First weekend decent, disappears the next.

"Lee Daniels' The Butler" will be but a wisp of a memory once real Oscar contenders emerge, not this cable-tv pablum designed solely to prove Oprah is an award-winning "actress."

by Anonymousreply 608/18/2013

"once real Oscar contenders emerge,"

Unless there's some secret movie that hasn't been unveiled, the list of "real Oscar contenders" coming out later this year are laughable to say the least.

Kidman attempting to move her face while she channels Grace Kelly? Julia Roberts trying to hold her own opposite a miscast Meryl Streep? Sandra Bullock getting sucked out into space?

Miss O has it in the bag.

Isn't that the pattern for about 80-90% of films that do decent the first week? And, that's if they even have a decent first week. The number of films of any sort that maintain decent box office for multiple weeks is incredibly limited.

Unless you're discussing a rotisserie chicken, you're a dilettante.

"And the haters can fuck off."

Oh fuck off and DIE, you pathetic Oprah Winfrey fangurl. Don't you ever get tired of kissing her blubbery rump? I guess not.

by Anonymousreply 1008/18/2013

"Miss O has it in the bag."

Are you a clairvoyant? I didn't think so. You're just an idiot pathetic Oprah Winfrey fangurl. Now piss off, you moronic twat!

by Anonymousreply 1108/18/2013

Did Oprah pay people to watch it?

by Anonymousreply 1208/18/2013

[quote]Unless you're discussing a rotisserie chicken, you're a dilettante.

Bitch, please.

by Anonymousreply 1308/18/2013

And you would know about that M.

Click, click!

by Anonymousreply 1408/18/2013

You mad r10?

by Anonymousreply 1508/18/2013

We're the Millers looks even worse than The Butler. Why would people pay to see that shit?

by Anonymousreply 1608/18/2013

R15: smelling Oprah's farts.

by Anonymousreply 1708/18/2013

America clearly wanted to repay Oprah for the hideously racist mistreatment she experienced at the hands of that white-supremacist Swiss shopgirl.

by Anonymousreply 1808/18/2013

The fundies are going off in a crazy rage right now. Just look at all the crazy political comments at Deadline of all places. They need to go find that ole rodeo clown to remove the sticks up their asses.

by Anonymousreply 1908/18/2013

Why are they going crazy? And for that matter, WTF is the point in these racist trash "fundies" worshiping a guy born in the Middle East knowing full-well there's no way in hell he was white?

Only a moron would accept he walked on water, but not accept common sense about what he looked like.

by Anonymousreply 2008/18/2013

Cate Blanchette should start writing her Best Actress speechright now.

by Anonymousreply 2108/18/2013

And so Jennifer Aniston's interminable career continues...

I see Wolverine broke $100 million. Didn't think it would do even that. The combined domestic plus intl business will likely mean another sequel.

Whats opening this week?

by Anonymousreply 2208/18/2013

I'm surprised about the total flop Paranoia. Was it THAT bad?

by Anonymousreply 2308/18/2013

Well Amber Heard is in it.

by Anonymousreply 2408/18/2013

[quote]Kidman attempting to move her face while she channels Grace Kelly? Julia Roberts trying to hold her own opposite a miscast Meryl Streep? Sandra Bullock getting sucked out into space?

Oprah is going for Supporting.
