Television for the dogs

I subscribe to DirecTV. This morning it added DogTV to its lineup.

Yes… Television for dogs.

A free preview for now. It is $4.99 per month.

Article, with below link, says we may get a new channel devoted to cats.

Isn't this wonderful?!

My dog never watched TV but she had definite tastes. She was very sensitive to emotional temperature. She refused to stay in the room during crime, action/adventure or other films in which people were being hostile to each other. She was okay with comedies and musicals, but whenever I tried to listen to Beethoven she'd bark until I turned it off. I also had to stop watching dog shows because she got jealous of me cooing over other dogs.

Now that I have cats, I got one of those cat videos but I ended up giving it away because it just didn't work for my cats. The one cat who isn't much of a hunter ignored it and the one that's an enthusiastic hunter got so overstimulated and frustrated that it clearly wasn't a positive experience for him. It was like showing someone porn and refusing to let him cum.
