TV Screen Goes Blue

Was watching GMA today, suddenly the screen went blue. Called Time Warner, they shot a bullet. Still blue. Checked wiring. Unplugged box for 10 minutes. Still blue. Called T/W again who claim box should be replaced. Any suggestions except schlepping over to exchange boxes? I

Sounds like the TV.

If it's turning blue for all channels you watch, then it's the box. If it only happens on the channel broadcasting GMA, it may be that network's issue. I'm guessing though, given the troubleshooting you've done with TW, it's the box. I'm assuming it's your only box in your home.

OP here. Yep, only box in my home. Plugged into another TV, same blue screen.

If it's that way on multiple TVs, it's the box.

Can you ask a neighbor if his screen is blue, too? The problem may be with TWC in your area.

I like blue! Can I watch your TV?

Get an antenna. You can watch TV for free and it's better quality because the signal is uncompressed unlike how cable/satellite companies deliver it. You can get an antenna for five bucks at the drug store.
