To gay guys, what is your handwriting like?

Is it sort of typical guy handwriting, chicken scratch, or all loop and bold?

OP dots his "i" with a heart

Well in 8th grade some white boy took my test booklet and the teacher saw it on his desk and held it up and said "whose is this - this is a girls handwriting - which girl in here gave you her test booklet" (the booklets had numbers not names so they could be impartially graded) As if I already wasn't hated and tortured enough - again I was in a no win scenario in which any way you played it I came out looking like a douche. I think I got a good beating for that after school if I remember - even though I did nothing.

OP thinks that `gay handwriting` is a variation of female handwriting.

I think neat handwriting is passed through genetics..my father and mother have beautiful handwriting and so do me and my siblings.

by Anonymousreply 506/21/2013

This is a legitimate question. Is your handwriting swishy or not?

Loopy. Just like me.

I print in all capital letters. No cursive.

My mother had beautiful handwriting. When I concentrate on it, mine can be pretty good. And, admittedly, it has some "flourishes" to it. But, if I'm jotting down some notes or a grocery list, it looks like chicken scratch.

Handwriting?

Is this a 19th century housewives thread?

by Anonymousreply 1106/21/2013

R9 here. I forgot to add that I get compliments on mine. People say it looks like type.

by Anonymousreply 1206/21/2013

Fabulous. So's my printing. People always compliment me. However, it hurts my hands. I have arthritis or something after all these years of using the keyboard, and it's really hard to push a pen across a sheet of paper.

by Anonymousreply 1306/21/2013

I'm sorry, r13.

by Anonymousreply 1406/21/2013

Thank you, R14. You're sweet.

You might have fibromyalgia.

by Anonymousreply 1606/21/2013

I was tested, R16. No fibromyalgia. They call it Repetitive Strain Injury. It never goes away.

Slightly off-topic: While waiting to check in for an appointment yesterday, the receptionist in the booth, a guy, was working his keyboard swishy. It took about 5 min. before I got to the front of the line, and the whole time I tried to figure what made his typing swishy. I have no idea what it was. I was wishing he would get up for a minute and walk somewhere to see if he has a swishy walk to match his swishy keyboarding.

When you see a guy swishing down the street, you can tell from the way he swings his hips and walks with mincing steps.

Thanks for the lesson, doll.

I won best penmanship in 4th grade. I still write thank you notes and people always compliment me on my handwriting.
