Medical "ethics" is just another way of preventing advancement designed by the church

Agree or disagree.

All this oh you shouldn't experiment on a person whether alive or dead. Heck how the hell will the person feel it when they are dead? Why is everyone bent on not experimenting on human beings?

Um, no.

Medical ethics is based on four principles:

Respect for autonomy - the patient has the right to refuse or choose their treatment. (Voluntas aegroti suprema lex.)

Beneficence - a practitioner should act in the best interest of the patient. (Salus aegroti suprema lex.)

Non-maleficence - "first, do no harm" (primum non nocere).

Justice - concerns the distribution of scarce health resources, and the decision of who gets what treatment (fairness and equality).

You probably need to understand the difference between medical ethics and bioethics: Bioethicists are concerned with the ethical questions that arise in the relationships among life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, politics, law, and philosophy. Bioethics, at its core, recognizes inherent conflicts between several disciplines and tries to reconcile conflicting interests.

I have no idea why anyone would have a problem with experiments on humans.
