Tasteful Friends

I thought this needed its own thread. A hockey star's condo, decorated by his mother.

I just wanna be on that bed with him, licking his cock and balls and making him stain that brown duvet....

"I just wanna be on that bed with him, licking his cock and balls and making him stain that brown duvet...."

So I'm guessing you'd like to give up your glowpuck to him.

by Anonymousreply 306/20/2013

Banal. Anodyne. Dull. Just like this guy.

by Anonymousreply 406/20/2013

Boring as fuck.

by Anonymousreply 506/20/2013

All boring grays and browns, which is something I see a lot when women decorate for masculine men.

Meh, at least you could stare out the window when there, because there's nothing to look at inside.

by Anonymousreply 606/20/2013

He has his own jerseys framed? That's a bit odd, right?

by Anonymousreply 706/20/2013

Very depressing.

by Anonymousreply 806/20/2013

The article says his mother had them framed, R7.

by Anonymousreply 906/20/2013

I love his comments below the pictures; he totally dismisses everything his mother did, like any good kid does. The place is fine for a young bachelor stud for the time being. When he finds his standard issue blond puck bunny and marries her she can spend his millions on 'beautiful things' and create a totally over-decorated home.

by Anonymousreply 1006/20/2013

He needs bold art.

by Anonymousreply 1106/20/2013

Looks spacious and comfortable for a single man. I think it is perfect. Not everyone wants to live in a "decorated" house.

by Anonymousreply 1206/20/2013

Nothing original to see, move along.

by Anonymousreply 1306/20/2013

It's bland, boring. It's not what I would do if I had all his money, but I don't see how it rates a "Tasteful Friends" entry.

by Anonymousreply 1406/20/2013

I don't understand why this was featured in an article at all. There is nothing noteworthy about it. If you want to do a feature on the guy, then just do that.

by Anonymousreply 1506/20/2013

People are interested in seeing how celebrities live, R15, and he's a sports celebrity. Plus he's cute as can be.

by Anonymousreply 1606/20/2013

He's adorable. Yes, the interior is basic and not exciting but it's fine. The kid probably has no aesthetic sensibility, but it doesn't bother me.

by Anonymousreply 1706/20/2013

I enjoy seeing how people have decorated their houses and it's especially cool in a voyeuristic-jealous way to see rich places like that with that awesome view.

by Anonymousreply 1806/20/2013

There is no absolution for microsuede. None.

by Anonymousreply 1906/20/2013

It's very 1980's, with a twist of West Elm 2013.

by Anonymousreply 2006/20/2013

It's more "furnished" than "decorated."

by Anonymousreply 2106/20/2013

I hate pool tables, ping pong tables, they don't belong in any home ever!

by Anonymousreply 2206/20/2013

Places like this are so lacking in individuality that they're actually kind of depressing. There's no personal taste shown, no hint of his origins, it's all modern and calculated to let the corporate sponsors and gold-diggers who visit know that this is someone rising in the world.

I can't imagine the guy who lives there gives a rat's ass about any of it.

by Anonymousreply 2306/20/2013

I can't believe no one mentioned his hot dad with his bare feet on display.

by Anonymousreply 2506/20/2013

R24 I noticed but that awful shag rug so bothered me I tried to banish the whole photo from my mind.

Did you see the mess called his closet - he actually had plastic hangers, and EVERY shirt was wrinkled. Beyond vulgar.

by Anonymousreply 2606/20/2013

His mother is an efficient shopper. It looks like she ordered the entire apartment online and under budget in one sitting.

He plays hockey so that ass and those thighs will be thick and tight. He does look like a manscaper, so that would be an issue.

by Anonymousreply 2706/20/2013

[quote]He has his own jerseys framed? That's a bit odd, right?

Not at all. A lot of athletes hold on to their important game jerseys and have them framed.

by Anonymousreply 2806/20/2013

He's a 25 year old no doubt straight bachelor. It's fine for him.

by Anonymousreply 2906/20/2013

The place is a giant skidmark.
