And my body's never been more cut. I finally have abs. I've been tracking my progress and my body began transforming itself immediately after dropping gluten. Gluten is worse than carbs. Say no to gluten. Eat almonds, drink tequila.
It's been a month since I broke up with gluten

You look kinda gross, you dumb ass fucker.

|by Anonymous||reply 2||06/06/2013|
OP, you could use some gluten.
|by Anonymous||reply 3||06/06/2013|
You look divine darling! A little fat though.
|by Anonymous||reply 4||06/06/2013|
Wow! You have the same back fat problem I have. AND you look just as angry as I used to feel when I gave up white foods.
I had that loose area on the sides and lower back. Everyone accused me of using steroids or meth. The lines on my face were a little more pronounced.
Now, I'm old.
|by Anonymous||reply 5||06/06/2013|
Since you "broke up" with Gluten. On the advice of a Redbook article, I assume.
|by Anonymous||reply 6||06/06/2013|
For thousands of years when people still consume gluten...

I loved you in Predator (at least in the scenes where you weren't invisible).
|by Anonymous||reply 9||06/06/2013|
Thanks for the tip OP. I've been packing on the pounds lately, so no more gluten for me.
|by Anonymous||reply 10||06/06/2013|
Wow, you bitches are cold...and that's why I love you.
|by Anonymous||reply 11||06/06/2013|
OP has body dysmorphic disorder. His furrowed brow indicates that he is examining himself to find more flaws.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||06/06/2013|
Good luck OP. I mean it.

I think I might still be going through gluten withdrawal.
|by Anonymous||reply 15||06/06/2013|
Next time pinch a nip or 2, OP.
|by Anonymous||reply 16||06/06/2013|
Lose the haircut, dude.

Come back to me, baby! I miss you!
|by Anonymous||reply 23||06/09/2013|
It's bizarre when people just start abstaining from some type of food, and claim health benefits that are unsupported by science, of course.
Raw food, gluten-free for people without celiac's disease, juice "cleanses", and "fasts", Master Cleanse, etc. All silly junk science by people without any idea about nutrition, or how their bodies work!
|by Anonymous||reply 24||06/10/2013|
That can't be healthy.
|by Anonymous||reply 25||06/10/2013|
Get a life OP
|by Anonymous||reply 26||06/10/2013|
I like his hair.
|by Anonymous||reply 27||06/10/2013|
OP, you look like someone who doesn't use wet wipes on his butthole.
|by Anonymous||reply 28||06/11/2013|
OP, you need to shoot your hairdresser, today.

What's a typical day's meals consist of without gluten? No bread products at all?

A month? That's nothing. Let's see how excited you are with that tasteless diet in 3 months.

R32 The benefit of sucking cock has been proven by science. The evidence of a rimjob being good for you is being backed up by science. Most importantly the art of being an utter cuntbag is not backed up by science!
|by Anonymous||reply 35||06/16/2013|
Well, when I broke up with gluten, gluten stalked me for months afterward. Bitch called me at all hours, drove by my house constantly, told everyone, "He put his disease in me."
I finally had to get a restraining order.
|by Anonymous||reply 36||06/16/2013|
It's not a tasteless diet, R33. I cut gluten out of my diet about three months ago and all I had to do was switch to GF free bread and pasta since those were the only things I relatively consumed that contained gluten. I actually liked both substitutes better than the gluten versions.
What I would like to know is why does the OP swear by tequila?
|by Anonymous||reply 37||06/16/2013|
This is a serious question. Wouldn't the lack of gluten make me feel weak, like I'm lacking energy throughout the day? I've tried the leaving carbs thingy but after being without it, like an addict I go right back, almost binging at times. What works for you OP (or any others who successfully dropped it) in leaving gluten behind?
|by Anonymous||reply 38||06/16/2013|
You look like Skeletor, you dumb shit.
|by Anonymous||reply 39||06/16/2013|
Avoiding gluten really means giving up restaurants and processed food. Of course your going to feel better and more fit.
|by Anonymous||reply 40||06/16/2013|
Did this breakup happen in front of JasmineGuy's house OP?
|by Anonymous||reply 41||06/16/2013|

You're not avoiding carbs by cutting out gluten. You can buy GF pasta and bread (which are good) and also brown rice doesn't contain gluten. It's actually really easy to cut out gluten if you're not someone who eats lots of processed foods or eats out often.
|by Anonymous||reply 42||06/16/2013|
Somehow, I think eating processed, gluten free substitutes of the real thing is worse for you than a slice of whole grain bread.
|by Anonymous||reply 43||06/16/2013|
GF free bread and pasta is made from brown rice and they're not bad for you. They're actually really good for you. The only drawback is they're pricey.
|by Anonymous||reply 44||06/16/2013|
You look disgusting,OP. I hate that no body fat look, please remove yourself from the planet.
|by Anonymous||reply 45||06/16/2013|
Surprising things that contain gluten:
Cooking spice - chili, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, most prepared 'mixes' and rubs
Some corn tortillas, corn chips, and cornbreads
|by Anonymous||reply 46||06/16/2013|
I hate to be the dissenting voice here OP, but I would fuck your hole.
|by Anonymous||reply 47||06/16/2013|
You could make one turn straight!
|by Anonymous||reply 48||06/16/2013|
Being gluten free has improved my anus!
|by Anonymous||reply 49||06/16/2013|
All 6 varieties of CHEX cereal are gluten-free :)
|by Anonymous||reply 50||06/17/2013|
Ewwwww, what's wrong with your stomach? That look just grosses me out.
|by Anonymous||reply 51||06/17/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 52||06/17/2013|
OP, you have cut out a major group of foods (wheat oats rye...) which means most breads and cereals which has cut your caloric intake- thus you have lost subcutaneous fat. Has nothing to do with gluten per se. Gluten is the protein in the above food items, and is not at all bad for you unless you have a gluten sensitivity for mild to full blown celiac disease. Most people do not have this problems.
|by Anonymous||reply 53||06/17/2013|
You look absolutely amazing, contrary to the dumb bitches' comments.
|by Anonymous||reply 54||06/17/2013|
Gluten is a fucking protein you fool. It's not the problem. What you have inadvertently done is decreased your processed carbs, among any number of other fact-free based food restrictions. Christ, what you people don't know about diet exercise and nutrition is terrifying.
I suggest you do a 30-day Joos fast, followed by 45 days on The Master Cleanse! Then you can show us your sternum from the back!
