"I misread this thread title as ______"

Why do people suddenly feel the need to post this bullshit in almost every thread. Most of the time, you can tell the so-called "misreading" is made up, and only perhaps 10% of the time is it actually funny.

I misread this thread is interesting.

Sorry.

by Anonymousreply 105/10/2013

I've done that and my misreading was not made up.

by Anonymousreply 205/10/2013

Well, was your misreading funny, or in any way worth noting, r2?

by Anonymousreply 305/10/2013

I find some of them pretty funny.

by Anonymousreply 405/10/2013

Every time I sail past it I still think the thread is about reaction to Joan Collins coming out. And that woman's had a lot of bone in her.

I misread your thread as "I am a miserable thread tittie." HAHAHA. Isn't that hilarious?

by Anonymousreply 1305/10/2013

I misread this title as, "I am an asshole who has to complain about a small thing while ignoring the fact that 90% of all posters are illiterate drunks."

But I guess I wasn't that far off.

by Anonymousreply 1405/10/2013

I misread this thread as "Ha ha! I'll say!"

by Anonymousreply 1505/10/2013

[quote]Every time I sail past it I still think the thread is about reaction to Joan Collins coming out.

I disagree OP. I think the percentage is 2 or 3. Ten is too much.
