Latest victim: Zachary Quinto.

That said, America's hair on average is miles ahead of any other country's.

by Anonymousreply 205/08/2013

Chiefly because of gays in the hairdressing field.

by Anonymousreply 305/08/2013

Sure OP, because what one person does is indicative of what everybody is doing.

by Anonymousreply 405/08/2013

"Chiefly because of gays in the hairdressing field."

Yeah, these hairdressers probably ask 'what style do you want' and then misunderstand the gay guy's reply: "Make mine camp."

by Anonymousreply 505/08/2013

If he doesn't maintain the angles in his face through weight control and a daily regimen of lip-and-cheek-ups, he's going to look like John Goodman.

by Anonymousreply 605/08/2013

Always looks like he smells.

by Anonymousreply 705/08/2013

Why is the Hitler Youth haircut so popular with gay men???

by Anonymousreply 807/04/2014

He's too old and has the wrong face shape for that haircut.

by Anonymousreply 907/04/2014

The old Bieber cut was better.

by Anonymousreply 1007/04/2014

It kinda works on out singer-songwriter Eli Lieb though:

by Anonymousreply 1107/04/2014

That has ALWAYS been the standard for homosexual haircuts, going back to the 1920s!

by Anonymousreply 1207/05/2014

Stop trying to make Eli whatever happen. He's never going to happen.

by Anonymousreply 1307/05/2014

Homely. Tragically. Body language, his affect is off, too. . That said, I'd definitely too the guy on his right...left in frame. Boyish, slightly androgynous.

by Anonymousreply 1407/05/2014

It's called an undercut and was popularized by young factory workers and street gangs in Great Britain at the turn of the century. It was later popular among Nazi military officers. It has nothing to do with Hitler youth although I suppose obese basement dwellers can be forgiven their ignorance.

by Anonymousreply 1507/05/2014

R15, it is commonly referred to this way, and there are endless photos of Hitler Youth with the haircut.

by Anonymousreply 1607/05/2014

r16, only for obese basement dwellers who look at endless amounts of Hitler Youth photos.

by Anonymousreply 1707/05/2014

That photo of ZQ is FOURTEEN MONTHS OLD.

He's moved on, to the "George Hamilton" look...

by Anonymousreply 1807/05/2014

[quote]it is commonly referred to this way

Maybe in a nursing home it is. Men don't name their haircuts, that's something women do.

by Anonymousreply 1907/05/2014

R13=jealous A. Lambert

by Anonymousreply 2007/05/2014

High 'n tight. The style adopted by countless Marine butch bottoms.

by Anonymousreply 2107/05/2014

What I hate most about this haircut - besides the ugliness - is how often I see it! Everyone has it! Why? Why do we all want to look like each other, no matter how unattractive the means?

by Anonymousreply 2207/05/2014

Sigh! we were having this same discussion when I first joined DL over a decade ago only then it was about the Tintin haircut. Old queens will always piss and moan about changing fashions leaving them behind.

by Anonymousreply 2307/05/2014

I wore the Tin Tin cut and always got compliments on it.

Recently I went to a new (gay) male stylist, and he gave me a different flattering cut and also slightly lightened my hair color.

Many more compliments.

It takes a good stylist to make you look good, and it takes awhile to find a good stylist.

by Anonymousreply 2407/05/2014

R21 this is not high n tight. On that haircut the top is much shorter. Marines are not shaving the sides of their heads and leaving it significantly long on top.

by Anonymousreply 2507/06/2014

Only one word describes R24's post: MARY!!!!!

by Anonymousreply 2607/06/2014

"We'll NEVER stop thinking this is a clever way to start a thread," vows misguided homosexual.

by Anonymousreply 2707/06/2014

Same haircut I have.
