Need restaurant help from someone familiar with the UWS in Manhattan...

So tomorrow night, Sunday, I need to take 3 people out to a nice thank you dinner on the upper west side. The ambience should be quiet and they should have gluten free options, as one of them has celiac. Any ideas?

Try Isabella's on 77th and Columbus. Very good food and a relaxed environment in the evening.

Take them to Jean-Georges.

And tell the person with celiac that you're not going to let their bullshit made-up "disease" ruin everyone's night.

Dovetail is quite nice.

Could we have a separate permanent thread entitled ," I need a restaurant in New York"? That way we won't have so many and those who need one can find all the info there.
