Kate Middleton....Did they spin the sperm to make sure it is a boy?

A girl would be such a disaster....Think of England!!!!

by Anonymousreply 2404/28/2013

Are you aware that girls are now equal to boys in the line of succession?

by Anonymousreply 104/26/2013

Are they r1? I thought they still haven't officially signed off on that rule.

by Anonymousreply 204/26/2013

Another Queen Anne would wreck the throne!

by Anonymousreply 304/26/2013

It's actually not that hard to gender-select. Granted, it's not a fool-proof science, but it's much easier to create a boy than girl. Has to do with timing conception to a particular point in a woman's ovulation. (I flipped through a book on this at a friend's house - they used it to get their son.)

And that's your science lesson for today.

by Anonymousreply 404/26/2013

Queens seem to have a better time of the British throne than Kings, at least since the reign of Charles I.

by Anonymousreply 504/27/2013

They really should all step aside and let Harry have the throne....can you imagine the parties!!

So sayeth the silly queen who would have counseled all of Henry the VIII's wives on the basis of a straight frau's coffee table book, yet failed to listen in his basic high school biology class.

I can't believe we live in the year 2013 and this shit is being posted on DL.

by Anonymousreply 704/27/2013

The rule is in effect, r2.

by Anonymousreply 804/27/2013

When's this latest royal broodmare due?

Will the kid's surname be Mountbatten-Windsor or Mountbatten-Windsor-Middleton?

by Anonymousreply 904/27/2013

I think British history would reflect that their best monarchs have been women!

by Anonymousreply 1004/27/2013

So if girls are equal to boys in the line of succession, who gets the style "Princess Royal?" Will the position lapse? Or would their daughter be both Princess of Wales and the Princess Royal?

by Anonymousreply 1104/27/2013

I won't buy into it unless it's discussed by Ira Flatow on Science Friday.

by Anonymousreply 1204/27/2013

Keep the boy's penis intact the same as William's and Harry's royal cocks.

by Anonymousreply 1304/27/2013

Thanks, R13, I was worried that the anti-circ troll wouldn't show up, but you proved me wrong.

by Anonymousreply 1404/27/2013

"Spin the Spunk" could be a great rock band name.

by Anonymousreply 1504/27/2013

If you want to guarantee a boy, when the guy cums he has to cum deep in his partner's pussy. If he wants a girl he has to not be so deep in the pussy. Apparently girl sperm are more aggressive and faster swimmers than boy sperm. Cumming deep gives the boy sperm a better chance of fertilizing the egg.

R16. I'm just thinking that while ejaculating, you might be caught up in the moment and not be quite be aware of whether you're at the deep or shallow end of the vagina as your baby batter shoots and oozes.

by Anonymousreply 1704/27/2013

Well if you want a specific sex and can't afford sperm spinning, mother nature will help you out, r17, if you meet her half way.

by Anonymousreply 1804/27/2013

R16 – the truth is the opposite from what you wrote.

by Anonymousreply 1904/27/2013

Read it and weep r19.

by Anonymousreply 2004/27/2013

R17 = Wrong and you're clearly not a top

by Anonymousreply 2104/27/2013

Didnt Kate pretty much let it slip that they know they're having a girl?

by Anonymousreply 2204/27/2013

She didn't slip - just one silly woman there thought she heard that. But the tape review shows she didn't.

Kate just bought a nice baby pram in blue.

She's not giving birth at the hospital where William/Harry were born. She's giving birth at a hospital close to her parents home. She will be staying there for 2 months before the birth and at least 6 weeks after.

Wonder what the Queen thinks of this?

by Anonymousreply 2304/28/2013

I can't imagine that it would happen without the Queen's approval.
