All I know about it is that it's in Malibu.
Is Pepperdine a good school?
|by Anonymous||reply 25||05/02/2013|
No, it's a bad school.
|by Anonymous||reply 1||04/23/2013|
It is for stupid rich kids

It is a conservative religious school, I think it is 7th Day Adventist but you can google it. The Dean of the law school is vehemently anti-gay and defended Prop 8 with written briefs, public venues and letters to the editors of state newspapers. On the other hand, you are only 8 blocks away from where Babs lives.

Ken "Panty Sniffer" Starr was dean of Pepperdine Law School. That is all you need to know.
|by Anonymous||reply 4||04/23/2013|
And it's pretty religious.
|by Anonymous||reply 5||04/23/2013|
Isn't Kenneth Starr a professor there? Seems to me that if your serious about your education, you'd be better off checking out Pheonix University.

It's a College for Dummies choice.
They made Ken Starr dean of their law school, post-Clinton-witch-hunt.
Now he's the president of Baylor, another College for Dummies enclave.

Blagojevich is a PepLaw Alum. Here's a quote from him - "I'm not passing myself off as a constitutional scholar. I went to law school at a place called Pepperdine in Malibu, Calif., overlooking the Pacific Ocean--a lot of surfing and movie stars and all the rest. I barely knew where that law library was."

I refer to Pepperdine as Rollins West.
|by Anonymous||reply 10||04/23/2013|
My fundie cousin considered it back in the 80s but ended up at a bible college in Arkansas instead.

Regardless of how conservative it is, there is still a lot of cock sucking going on in the library men's room. I always stop in when I'm on the PC Highway.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||04/23/2013|
R12, what is a good reason for someone who didn't and doesn't attend Pepperdine to visit the library? I'm horny!
|by Anonymous||reply 13||04/23/2013|
R13 is right, and there are some HUGE cocks to be had. Pepperdine has some very hunky hot guys, and many are gay.
|by Anonymous||reply 14||04/23/2013|
I am a proud alumnus!
|by Anonymous||reply 15||04/23/2013|
One of my friends went there. I live in NYC so I don't have any preconceived notions, but he seemed to like it and is out and proud. I think there are a enough gay and gay friendly people there that the religious aspects don't overwhelm the system.
Anyway, he does have a job now as a lawyer and seems to be making good money.

It's considered the most liberal Church of Christ school, if that's saying anything. After a lot of debate, they've finally allowed an LGBTQ club on campus.
|by Anonymous||reply 18||04/23/2013|
I still need advice on how to get away with cruising their libraries. Which library is the best? They're about to graduate. Help a brother out!

Religious nuts and Science can not successfully co-exist.
Religious nuts and Legal education, create future enemies to the gay community.

What is Church of Christ? Are they Mormon?
|by Anonymous||reply 21||05/02/2013|
[quote]What is Church of Christ? Are they Mormon?
In the same neighborhood. They're Restorationists.
[quote]It's considered the most liberal Church of Christ school, if that's saying anything.
They have a Greek system, unlike other CoC schools. Really much more like USC than a Christian school.

It's an awful school with a cute name. Rich losers that like religious excuses go there.
|by Anonymous||reply 23||05/02/2013|
It's a half-step above ITT Technical Institute.
|by Anonymous||reply 24||05/02/2013|
Definitely a step below Hudson U.
