Brian Stelter, the oldest-looking 27-year-old ever?

Fug New York Times reporter:

Um, OP? That's a *good* photo of him... here's a bad one.

by Anonymousreply 104/22/2013

The guy's prematurely bald, but doesn't look much older than early 30's to me. Normally, I really LIKE balding dudes, but that photo makes him look ... bland, though NOT "ugly"!

by Anonymousreply 204/22/2013

Thanks, R1. I WAS just about to have dinner.

by Anonymousreply 404/22/2013

Dear me - quite a contrast!

by Anonymousreply 504/22/2013

I liked him in Stray Cats. Wait a minute... that was more than 27 years ago.

by Anonymousreply 604/22/2013

All the looks of George Costanza, but none of the charm.

by Anonymousreply 704/22/2013

Loved him as King Tut on Batman

He's lost a huge amount of weight since the photo at R1 was taken. He has a separate personal Twitter account all about his weight loss progress.

by Anonymousreply 1004/22/2013

My nephew is a real looker!

by Anonymousreply 1104/22/2013

Fat fatty Fatterson.

by Anonymousreply 1204/22/2013

I think he's adorable, I really do. I love this picture of him. And as someone said above, he is just prematurely bald; nothing else about him makes him look older. He his thick, youthful wrinkle-free skin and luscious lips. I could make out with him for hours.

by Anonymousreply 1304/22/2013

He kinda looks like a guy who sweats even when he's sitting perfectly still.

Not a word about the bitchy review that eviscerates Stelter's book?

This was my favorite bit:

[quote]The author apparently even got a glimpse of what he calls the “rather fabulous Italian neo-Classical bed” shared by Mr. Stephanopoulos and his actress-comedian wife, Ali Wentworth, in their Upper East Side apartment. The description is included in Mr. Stelter’s outline of this former Democratic political strategist’s rigid early-morning routine, which begins at 2:35 each workday and includes 10 minutes of cross-legged meditation.

by Anonymousreply 1504/22/2013

I wonder what it felt like for Stelter to get his book decimated by his own employer?

The review is pretty merciless.

by Anonymousreply 1604/23/2013

Well, the review wasn't written by anyone on the NYTimes staff.

The book is on sale from today, BTW.

by Anonymousreply 1704/23/2013

I loved his song Stray Cat Strut.

by Anonymousreply 1804/23/2013

Listening to him on WNYC as we speak. Did I know he was in a relationship with Jamie Shupak from NY1?

by Anonymousreply 1904/23/2013

I suppose if one is looking for a prepubescent- looking bald chubby guy, he's your man.

by Anonymousreply 2004/23/2013

He's really unattractive.

But I have seen much older "27" year olds on Manhunt / Grindr / shopping at Abercrombie.

by Anonymousreply 2104/23/2013

Could people please post photos of themselves when they criticize this man's appearence?

r20, I think I am. I sometimes wonder why guys like this are my type. I had a huge crush on a friend in college (he was overweight and a little homely) and it turned into an ugly mess that ruined our friendship. Maybe I'm trying to recreate what I couldn't have with him.

by Anonymousreply 2304/23/2013

Wow, you're a real fucking treasure r3.
