Any you toss on a pan and then put between two pieces of bread with fixings (since the fixings provide the flavor). Burgers, hot dogs, eggs, etc.

Also, frozen foods and vegetables.

Milk and Cereal

Anything that is made with a basic method, a simple understanding of flavors, and a little experience. Soups, stews, roasts, braises, etc.

Even more complex matters like baking can be improvised successfully if you learn something about the chemistry involved. You'll become a much more versatile cook if you concentrate on learning the fundamental methods rather than just following other people's recipes.

Uh, OP, no dish in the world "requires" a recipe.

Whatever an individual cook knows how to make can be made without consulting a recipe. Some people don't need to look at a recipe to make a perfect Coq au Vin or other complicated dishes. Others have to look at a cookbook to boil an egg. It just depends.

I disagree with smoothies no requiring a recipe. I tried making one with berries and it was gross. I tried making one with yogurt and berries and it was worse.

Peanut butter and jelly. If you prefer jelly and peanut butter turn sandwich over.
