I had my first panic attack!

It was so awful. I'm dealing with a sick parent and everyone (other family) was just yelling at me in desperation etc. My heart started beating fast and the next thing I knew I was on the floor.

I never want this to happen again. So awful.

Awww sweetie.

Get a script for benzos, OP. You might need them in the future, sadly. And tell your yelling relatives to STFU, you're the one with a sick parent. Good luck!

"Snap outta it!"

They're awful, aren't they? People who've never had one have no idea.

I had one panic attack in my life, and I never wish to revisit that experience again. I thought I was going to die.

But they offer considerable impact and can be used for leverage. Don't you people understand how to turn things into assets?

My first one was when I was buying my first new car. It was horrible. Xanax really saved me.

I've had them. Try meditation, acupuncture, and get some exercise. Go for long walks.

I'm sorry...I live with this very kind to yourself. If they keep happening...before benzos, try inderal (is not so invasive), is for high blood presure, slows the heartrate. Try yoga and meditation too. Also, speak your mind to annoyances...find an ear to hear you.
